Oblivion guardian of the underworld , he can summon smaller snake-like versions of himself, he sends those version out into our world. The snakes are soul gatherers, they collect and bring any and all souls to the underworld so they can be judged and sent to Heaven or Hell.

He uses the souls of those who taking their own life, giving them the chance to see how precious life really is and when they learn the meaning of life, they're reborn as a human or Zeharu.

Keith is one of this snakes he typically stays at the Underworld (primarily with hidden one) he supposed to look after the place but can get distracted Pretty easy. Keith is a little Corky and can be sarcastic at times. I'm not sure how much Keith will even interact in the Zeharu World but you can expect greatness from him and Oblivion in side comics
(Keith is kinda like Alfred in Batman but opposite )
