(Is there going to be regulation on the creation of Custom or Magical weapons unique to players? Because I find that is a problem that often shows up in roleplays on colors xD)

Between 7-18 feet tall. So they can be/are bigger than a horse. their generally large enough to ride.

Money in USO is called gil, gil can be earned by doing quest, defeating monsters, and selling uneaded items.
[A2 Quest] Quest are put up on Quest boards, quest boards can be found in guilds & inn's. Only guilds have high ranking quest.
For the special event quest, knights of blue & library quest yes. but there mostly things giving players to do? i hope that answers your Q, q-q cause i feel like i didn't explain that well enough.
[A3 Custom weps]
There will be no custom special/magical weapons for any indivisual player, (xD but i know what you mean) any special singular item i will be in charge of creating, and giving out. :'u i really need to post the official rules to try to avoid that in the future.

Is there a specific design the VR system it is played on has, or is it depicted as an Occulus Rift or Play Station VR etc.
