I'm mildly amused at how I'm known for my love of bugs both online and offline. I'd wager my love for them even edges out
/video games/, but that's a slight edge.
I sketched this mantis from memory, so some details will be off.

--OH YEAH this mantis isn't a real one, (perhaps obiviously) it's one of those "fake bugs" like the horned roach, hell wasp and others I've came up with.
I suppose this would be called a banded mantis. lul

I remember your horned roach it was v cool, all the bugs you make are so believable
i remember one time during my art gcse we had to draw bugs for some reason, like they brought in actual preserved bugs, i can't say I've drawn any since tho, I remember beetles being v fun

Re: That's about where I wanted the signpost to be, next to the white but if i have it pointing diagonally up to match that part of the path then it doesn't point at the city, having it the other way makes it look like its towards the viewer drkijeljaak but I'll perservere

"Oh, hey! Katt posted ^u^" is my first thought when I see a thumbnail similar to your ussual style of painting. Not bugs specifically, but they cause the reaction just a moment sooner.

You are the only artist i know that can draw realistic bugs and highly shaded pones together and thats pretty awesome. We need more bug artists.
