Okay, last time we did that RP, the trio managed to find an entrance into Robotnik's base, the catch being that it was guarded by some SwatBots. Still hidden, Fabi and Zap try to think of a way to get past the robots.

(Thanks! Ok, let's see what happens now! Btw, me vanishing and coming back means i'm working. Just so you are aware of that!)

Alexander: *thinks* Hmmm.....there has to be a way to distract all of these robots....it might be risky, but I may have an idea.

Fabi: Really? Just reminding you, SwatBots tend to be quite frail.
Zap: I think he remembers that, Fabi. No need for a recap. (to Alexander) So, what is your potentially impressive idea, anyway?

Alexander: *smiles* Well, since they are fragile, I could lead them somewhere and destroy them just as fast. It doesn't seem like an impossible task. *shrugs*

Zap: That sounds like it could work!
Fabi: *deep breath* Only one way to find out...

Alexander: *smiles* Precisely! *starts running towards the SwatBots* Over here, you pathetic pieces of plastic!!! *runs in another direction*

*SwatBots spot Alexander and chase after him*

Fabi: *still hidden, seeming rather nervous*
Zap: You alright, pal?
Fabi: Huh? Y-Yeah, I'm fine... [whispers] Please don't screw this up...

Alexander: *looks back at the swarm* *thinks* Just a little further.... *makes a sharp turn towards a corner*

[Upon noticing Alexander's sharp evasion, the SwatBots try to follow, but due to how sudden the event took place (and how sharp the upcoming turn was), they ended up crashing into the wall of one of the many buildings in the city.]

Zap: *watching from afar* Looks like he got 'em!
Fabi: *sigh* That was close...

Alexander: *skids to a stop* I knew that would work. Now to head back to the girls! *runs back*

Fabi: *waiting stressfully* (thoughts) I sure hope he wasn't injured in any way...
Zap: *notices Fabi's stress* What is it this time?
Fabi: Nothing! *slightly sweaty*
Zap: Really? Your face says otherwise.

Alexander: *jumps up and lands behind Fabi and Zap* *falls down on his left knee* Don't worry, ladies....*gets up slowly* I am alright. I was able to apprehend those pesky bug bots.

Fabi: *flinches, not expecting Alexander's arrival so soon* Oh, you're back. Thank goodness...
Zap: Well, of course he'd come back! Who'd you think it was going to be, a bad guy?
Fabi: WHAT?! No!

Alexander: *walks over to them slowly* *smiles* Don't worry. I am not nor will I ever be an enemy to either of you....especially you, Fabi...*winks*

Fabi: *blushes at Alexander's statement* A-Alright then...
Zap: Uhh... Shouldn't we get going? We don't wanna be attacked by robots, do we?
Fabi: Of course not! We better go, and quick! *starts heading through the newly opened path with Zap close behind*

Alexander: I'm right behind you. *follows behind Fabi*

[As time passes, the trio makes their way through different parts of the base, avoiding robots as they progress.]

Fabi: Alright, so far, so good.
Zap: Hmmm...
Fabi: *notices* Zap?
Zap: Oh! It's alright. This place just brings back bad memories...
Fabi: Right...

Alexander: *looks at Zap curiously but also with a sad look* Even though this place has a bad place in your heart, remember that those events are in the past. It can be hard to get over....*looks away* Most memories are hard to surpass....

Zap: It's alright. The only reason I'm a little bummed out is because... Well, Robotnik is kinda the one who separated me from all of my old friends.
Fabi: If I'm correct, Zap was the only Wisp among them to have two different types of Hyper-Go-Ons -- the Wisps' life source.
Zap: And because of that, the mad doc sent tons of robots after me while I was stuck in that labrynth of an amusement park!

((AN: I decided that three types of Hyper-Go-On power for Zap was a bit too much, so I got rid of the rhythm ones.))

Alexander: I see....You seem to be a more unique type of Wisp compared to your friends....*sighs* If only we could find your friends, too....reunite all of you somehow....*looks upset* It's terrible to think about what might of happened to them....*tries not to become frustrated* ....the friends you cared about so dearly....

Fabi: Umm... Alexander, are you okay?
Zap: Maybe we should just quiet down and keep going. It's no use to stay on this topic.
Fabi: Zap, if he's troubled, we can try and talk to him and find out what's wrong.
Zap: Oh, so you'd rather get caught?
Fabi: 0_0' Since when did you become the serious one?

Alexander: *sighs* It's just....when I was little my dad was token away from me.....*puts ears down* He was my hero....my best friend...*looks away in frustration* Someone in charge of a well known gang in Paris ordered his goons to.....eniliate him....*a tear falls from his eye* *growls* If only I was strong enough...*clenches fists together* I could have saved him myself.....*looks down* I shouldn't have said that...i'm sorry....

[Upon hearing that statement, Fabi and Zap were nothing but shocked, realizing the hardships he had been through.]

Fabi: *places hand on Alexander's shoulder* I... never thought you'd end up going through something like that...
Zap: Yeah, it really is hard to deal with. I think about my old friends all the time, hoping that they're all living well back on Planet Wisp. Speaking of which, I still don't know a lot about whoever saved my friends from Egghead, even though I might not see any of them again.
Fabi: *trembling* It really is horrible, wanting to live as many moments with a loved one as you can, but then suddenly, some selfish A-hole comes in and... And... *tears begin building up, and Fabi suddenly collapses, landing on her knees with one hand on the ground* They turn everything you've ever wished for into dust! *slams fist on the ground once, crying (trying not to be loud so they wouldn't get spotted)*

Alexander: *sees Fabi on the ground and starts to cry a bit* *hugs her* It's....It's going to be alright....My hardships at least have some positive aspects that have helped me grow into who I am now....*sniffs a little* Losing my father made me more protective of my mother and the ones I love.....*hugs her tightly* And I can defend myself and anyone with my combat skills....*looks at Zap* It is very hard to not think about my father....but he was a great man and I still carry him with me in my heart....*sighs* I just sometimes wish I could hear his voice or even his laughter again....I won't let that change me for the worse....*wipes some of Fabi's tears away and smiles*

Fabi: *sniff* Thanks, Alex. I really needed that... I... guess there were a few positive aspects from my past as well. Heck, if I didn't suffer those hardships in the first place, I probably wouldn't have met Zap.
Zap: And I wouldn't have been able to see this planet for myself OR meet one of my closest friends!
Fabi: Aw shucks... You really didn't have to say that.
Zap: Well, it's kinda true.

Alexander: *chuckles a little and smiles* And I wouldn't have met either of you....I guess some things are suppose to make you a better and stronger individual. We are all much stronger than we look, but looks aren't everything. *looks at Fabi* Right, Fabi? *smiles softly*

Fabi: *wipes away remaining tears* Yeah... I guess your right. Life can be pretty tough to go through, but we have to look beyond the negatives and move on from our mistakes.
Zap: Speaking of moving on, we STILL have a certain madman to deal with! So, are we gonna move or what?
Fabi: *gasp* SHOOT! That's right! *covers mouth* Opps..
Zap: *looks at Fabi and facepalms*

[From farther away, a hidden figure hears the sudden noise that Fabi caused. It then proceeds to search for where the sound came from.]

Fabi: We better get moving. I think someone, or something, heard us. *starts moving further into the base*
Zap: No kidding! *follows*

Alexander: *thinks* Hopefully that something doesn't spot us or I'll have to be combative. *to Fabi and Zap* Let us proceed. *follows them*

[As the trio progressed, they eventually noticed a beam of purple light coming from the eye of a figure that was hidden in the shadows.]

Fabi: *panicing* Oh no... No no no no no...
Zap: Cool it. It could be just an Egg Pawn. Those guys are pretty dumb.
Fabi: Do Egg Pawns emit light from their eyes in THAT color?! *trembles*
Zap: Maybe...

[The figure eventually looks away, and when it did, Fabi looked from where the trio was hiding, noticing certain features of the supposed robot. It appeared to have a silhoette that slightly resembled Fabi's appearance, however, it seemed to be coated in armor, and had a mostly metallic tail. Recognizing who it was, Fabi quickly retreated back to where the others were hiding, appearing quite nervous.]

Alexander: *looks at Fabi with concern* What is wrong? You look like you've seen something that is bothering you... *starts to look around and sees purple beams from a distance* What the.....

Fabi: *gasp* GET BACK! *pulls back Alexander* We have to go! NOW! *grabs Alexander's hand and starts running away from the light source, still trying not to get caught*
Zap: FABI! *catches up with the others* Why are we running, anyway?!
Fabi: We can't risk going up against that cunning terror of a half-robot! *slightly sweaty*

Alexander: *runs while slightly confused* Half robot? Like a cyborg??? What is going on, Fabi? Please tell me that you know what that thing is....*puts ears down slightly*

[The trio eventually finds a place where they won't be spotted by the searcher.]

Fabi: *sigh* Some time after I started fighting against Robotnik, he decided to try and create a genetically engineered copy of me using some of my DNA.
Zap: However, he wasn't able to get many samples aside from a strand of hair.
Fabi: And as a result, some parts of the being's body couldn't be engineered properly - most notably the arms, legs, and tail.
Zap: It was also given an artificial intelligence in place of an actual brain, meaning it likely has no real sense of emotion AND can predict what move its opponent will make next.
Fabi: In short, its a failed experiment that had to be partially roboticized in order to function properly.

Alexander: *shocked* So it is an imperfect clone of you?! *puts a hand under his chin* This is crazy....Why would that madman even attempt to make a clone of you?! But the real question is how strong is this cloned being? By it being partially robotized, it must have a unlimited amount of strength and power.....as well as some of your power as well, Fabi....hmmm.....

Zap: I wouldn't say that it has UNLIMITED power. That cyborg is quite tough, though. For starters, the robotic legs act as rocket boots of sorts to move at high speeds, and a shot from the plasma blasters in its arms can blow through a wall IF fully charged.
Fabi: Thankfully for us, it needs a stable supply of energy - special energy - in order to stay at full power. It can power itself with two types of energy, but it can only use one of the two at a time.
Zap: Those two happen to include Hyper-Go-Ons, sadly. The other is Chaos Energy, but it has to be directly from one of the Chaos Emeralds.
Fabi: *realization* Which means it might go after the one we have! *takes a Chaos Emerald out from her bag*
Zap: *reminded* Oh, right. And we also can't tell which energy its using at the moment...

Alexander: *gasps* Of course!! Maybe it has some sort of energy detector? It is possible that after one of the energy sources that is currently using is drained, it looks for the other source if it is range. *runs a hand through his hair* It might be after your Chaos Emerald. I have a huge feeling that is the reason why it is after us...*in a low tone* Besides the sudden outburst Fabi had...Regardless, we can't be spotted. If we do, I'll make sure you two are safe.

Fabi: Right, and Hyper-Go-On energy is pretty tough to get a hold of these days. *puts away Chaos Emerald*
Zap: Maybe I should hide just in case it IS using energy from other Wisps (even if it's a very low chance).
Fabi: Okay.

[With that exchange, Zap proceeded to hide herself in Fabi's bag alongside the emerald. Meanwhile, the figure that was searching for the trio was still scanning the area, but was interrupted by an incoming transmission.]

???: *creates a hologram of the sender with a device on their arm* For what reason do you choose to communicate with me, Master Robotnik?
Robotnik: I don't have time for that nonsense. Have you found the intruders that were spotted outside of the city?
???: Aside from a noise coming from somewhere in the base, and a brief sighting some time ago, I'm afraid not.
Robotnik: Grrr... Why you no good...

Alexander: *whispers to Zap* Yes, I believe you will be safe as long as you are hidden from whoever that is. *sees a light that is shaped like the outline of someone on the Fabi doubles's arm**whispers* I am afraid that that cyborg duplicate of yours is communicating to someone...*squints* Hmmm....Fabi, can you make out the figure projecting off the communicator? It might be who we are looking for...

Fabi: I'll take a look. *peaks out from the hiding spot, recognizing the figure shown by the cyborg's hologram projector* Oh boy... *hides back with Alexander* Looks like its communicating with Dr. Robotnik himself.
Zap: Of flipping course... That guy does NOT like it if something doesn't go his way.

*back with the cyborg*

???: Please calm yourself, creator. I will try to find them as soon as possible.
Robotnik: Well maybe they wouldn't be hiding out of your grasp if you had the sense to use your tracking device! Knowing that clever pest, she likely has a Chaos Emerald with her, so TRACK HER DOWN ALREADY!
???: Be patient, sir. Also, what gives you the idea that my organic counterpart is the one behind the intrusion?

Alexander: *puts ears down* I figured it was him....no doubt about it....*folds arms* What do we do now? I feel like hiding in this spot for too long will likely bring your double to us, Fabi. *sighs* We are running out of options here. Something tells me we will eventually have to come out of hiding...*thinking* We have to come up with a plan here and it has to be quick.

Robotnik: Simple, ever since that blue rodent disappeared she's been nothing but trouble! I thought I'd finally get a break from any distractions for once, but NO! There's always someone ruining my plans for my empire!
???: I understand your frustration, I've fought her at times, and the girl is most persistant.
Robotnik: To be honest, you were the only good thing to come out of her sudden appearance, and to think that very few even KNOW about her! Now track those intruders down ASAP, Selen. Perhaps there will be more to this than a couple of hostages.
Selen: Understood, master Robotnik.

*Fabi and the others*

Zap: Hmmm... Maybe me and Fabi can hold her off for a little while...
Fabi: What?! *sigh* It always gets to this point, doesn't it?
Zap: Well, at this point, it's the only option we have. Alex, you should go on ahead.

Alexander: *widens his eyes* I....If you believe that is the only option, I just ask that you both be careful....*looks serious* That is my main concern besides putting a stop to this monster once and for all....And if you need help, I will proceed to assist no matter what the cost...*clenches fists together*

Zap: *flies out of Fabi's bag* Hey, don't worry! We've dealt with Baldy McNosehair's cronies many times! Even though we weren't the first ones to stop him, we've proven how tough we are!
Fabi: *stands up* Zap's right. We can't think we aren't good enough for certain things. We'll try not to get too roughed up back there, and afterwards, we'll try to catch up with you as soon as possible. *walks up to Alexander* I just hope you stay safe up there.
Zap: Yeah, we don't want you to get hurt. Or worse...

Alexander: *smiles a little* I suppose you are right....*looks at Fabi* Don't worry about me. I will be safe. *looks at Zap* I trust you both will be alright, too....We will all keep our heads up and remain focused...*looks determined*

Zap: That's good to hear! Ready to go, Fabi?
Fabi: Yeah, just give me a sec.
Zap: Okay.
Fabi: *walks closer to Alexander, faintly blushing* I-I usually don't do this, but... *kisses Alexander on the cheek, blushing deeply* Be careful, okay?

Alexander: *blushes while holding a hand to her cheek* *smiles* For you, I will make I will be safe. *kisses her cheek* Hurry. We all must get moving. *smiles softly* You must also be careful, Fabi. Stay safe....*holds her hand for a min, and then lets go*
