#Merlectons an electric typed mermaid that live deep & dark areas in the oceans. Born with luminicent stones on their bodies & bodies that can sting at touch from small shocks, a way to defend themselves from being eaten. Like the northern frostmaids they have a royal ruler. Their bodies are much longer & larger then other mer folk. Said to be about 7 ft for the female and more. Males growing much longer. The stones on their bodies are very sensitive.
