I'll add a hint. Think of what you see on the roads every day. They are suspended by wire and they are practically everywhere.

Polar opposite color? Red is cyan's opposite, orangish yellow is blue's and green is fuschia's.

That is, for Colors! color wheel, anyway. If I recall right some other art programs have slightly differing color wheels.
