My half of a dt with @GuineaPig24! Its.. a waterfall dragon I guess? You mentioned waterfall as a theme and I instantly thought of this? (Its a noodley dragon that looks like water, haha. It probably has a tail like a fish? idk where body ends and tail begins though.) I actually really like this idea haha. Hope you like it too!
