I like to draw Phoenix in sad and dark situations, but there is story behind this painting.

Phoenix was raised to believe that she was destined for great things, that she would be known by most cats. What she didn't know is about all the deaths it would cause, and all the pain she would put everyone through. She has a lot of regrets, but she knows there is nothing she can do about it now. She often is in her den contemplating what she has done and if it was worth it.

i am going to make another painting with a bit more story and it will have Phoenix speaking and stuff.
