It's ok. Your art looks Amazing! They just don't understand, that your art, is YOUR way. It may not look like some Realistic masterpiece, But it shows: You.

I know for a fact your art is awesome. You have true art talents. You have a true artistry about you.

Sometimes, there will be complete morons that just want to put someone down because they THINK they're better than everyone else vs KNOWING they're good. All they wanna do is get under your skin. Oh.....my....gosh.....these people are literally trolls. Why do they keep trying to put you down when you have amazing art?! The whole lacking art fundamentals is also bullcra . Man, I really don't understand people, especially other arts who think their art is so much better. Smh. Fam, i'm going to continue to say this: Don't listen to the haters. They are roadblocks that prevent you from doing what you love to do, which is draw. I hate to see you like this and I hate it even more that people be saying stuff like this to you. I believe in you so much and it makes no sense why people would say stuff like this to you

I had a conversation with some friends on Kik about 3 of my drawings: My human self drawing, my trio drawing and my Sonic/Total Drama crossover of my Sonic design of Alejandro thinking of Heather. He said he liked the first two but the last one was a meh. Like, wtf you give it a meh for? It was detailed, creative, well thought out and it took the most time out of all of my drawings so far: 19 hrs and 20 mins. I never cared for his opinion before but this one bothered me since it looks so wonderful and it was time consuming. Then after some people rementioned everyone has their own opinion, I realized that I still really love how I made the drawing and that I don't care if no one else does. He legit had no reason, but still. It is my piece of art I took the time to sketch, outline, color, highlight, shade and draw the background, too. So as long as I love it, who cares what everyone else feels? If they like it, ok and if they don't, ok. It won't make or break my drawing hobby.

Hey your aren't isn't bad at all! It's cool and unique. Trust me I've seen beginner art I have a 5 year old niece xD she is actually doing a lot better then I did when I was her age 0.0 but still your art is really neat my dude!

The artists were giving you criticism.
Your art isn't trash or at beginners level, but you need time to improve.
Everyone is telling you that "your art is fine or it's awesome" but giving you positive comments like that won't help you see your flaws and mistakes, which won't help you get better.

What will help you get better is if someone gave you some kind of disapproval of your drawings.

I can help you with that.

I noted down these flaws:

- The hand is backwards, his arm looks a bit small.

- You used black to shade, which you shouldn't do.

- The lighting is choppy, where's the light coming from?

- Don't use neon colors, it's too distracting.

- If he's crying, where are his eyes?

Your art has potential. It just needs some work.

If I offended you, I'm sorry. I'm trying to help you fix the flaws in your drawings so you can improve. :(

I hate to see you like this, Mike. Those trolls really let you down, and that's not ok. Sure, it seemed like criticism to some but to others it was hate (judging from the comments).
Your art isn't garbage, it's worth commissioning, and it doesn't look beginner.

To quote Fred Rodgers, "No matter how anybody says it is, It feels good to have made something." From what I gathered, this means opinions don't affect your masterpiece

dont listen to the haters there will always be haters the most haters come when you are very popular and good witch you are your art is amazing but there is ALWAYS room for to get better at your art take it from me ive had haters ill give an exsample on this animating place called sudomemo i had a hater that would not stop very mean and at the time it realy got me down but i wanted to get better so i could prove the hater wrong and i did i have 120 fans on sudomemo and im very popular on there the thing is to not listen to the haters but know that your art is not perfect and no ones is

the only problem i face now and that i might never beat is my ocd i constently wash my hands all day i can barley touch a door knob and gotta wash my hands and it does not help that alot of the people in my house are slobs but my mom and one of my older brothers that is moving soon but thats not a problem i can fix but yours can be take my advise ive been on sudomemo for four years! and ive had my fair share of problems on there

Hey man looking through your art I know you have potential, you keep improving with every drawing, and you're only going up. While the harsh stuff may have been criticism it doesn't seem like it was thorough or explained its reasoning well enough. I will be honest, there are some problems with your art, but that's true of everybody, and criticism should acknowledge that first and foremost instead of just draggin someone.
At the end of the day, Draw what you love but don't be afraid to get out of the zone of what you think you can draw, always try new things and try to learn about drawing as much as you can. Most importantly, you gotta practice a lot and never stop drawing if you wanna improve, and you have been improving. So, in my eyes, you're on the right track.
I'd be totally open to helping you out with art techniques and stuff if you're interested, just say the word.
Also remember nobody can do what you do like you do and that'll never change no matter someone's skill level. Keep drawing what you love, other people shouldn't take that love from you.

Also good on you for venting, it's a good way to get your feelings out.

Hey, I don't think in all honesty your drawings are beginner. They're worth up to commissions besides all artists have their callings and styles. Your style is drawn clean and smooth, you have a lot of potential. Keep on drawing and over time ya will keep getting better and better and one day, ya will look back on what they said and prove those artists you are an awesome and really good artist! Don't let them put ya down dude, keep moving forward! And cheer up becuase as you can see, you got a lot of friends looking out for ya. Keep being epic dude!
