For Holly Berry, I decided to go with an owl pokemon since the Pottermore account Holly is based on has a little owl patronus, like Laurel has a chow dog patronus.
Why dartrix specifically, is because of the grass typing and the hair. She is a rather fancy pony and deserved a rather fancy pokemon.
