Heyo @Kohai. I saw that you made an exception for @CloudGuardians character to be in Vepura. And that is very kind and all. But we need to think in the long run. If another person comes along and wishes to attach their character to a country that is full, and we tell them they can not place them there due to it being TOO full. It would be unfair to turn them away from making their character in that country when we gave a pass to someone else. What should we do? Because I personally would find that unfair to others. I am sorry to be a butt about this, but I see it as a very perilous path we could be on if this continues. Since it may cause future disputes. Thank you for reading, and sorry for the convenience.

Re- I understand it was a one time thing. But that is still unfair to those who might want to make a character down the line that are Vepuran or Afai etc. As it were, I had just recently had to tell @Emblem that their character had to be changed to one of the free countries. If I had known we were making exceptions, I may have come to you to double check before informing them that their character had to be changed. Down the road if someone makes a character that story-wise is very connected to said country that is on lock down, do we really have the right to refuse them if we have already made an exception for someone else? It is still in the end your decision, but I would highly advise caution on ANY kind of exception when it comes to Continent close downs and rules in general. To Keep consistency and to try and avoid being called guilty of favoritism. I am not saying you are favoring @Cloud mind you, but it is just something that could possibly cause future disputes. And it would be best to be fair to everyone.

Re-re-It is completely alright. No harm done. I still would like to find a compromise that would make @Cloud happy too. @Cloud could make his character be a resident of Freia. Since it is extremely close to Vepura, And it does need new residents. A character of his should do quite nicely in bringing attention ^0^

No harm has been done @Kohai. You are an amazing leader, and you have helped me learn to be less technical and more considerate of others. I have to admit, you are an inspiration to me :D
