Shapeshifter! Or maybe griffin... Being a werewolf sounds like it'd be inconvenient, randomly shifting depending how the moon is, and I can say from personal experience--since literally everyone that knows me well calls me a vampire--that being a vampire really stinks in every way.

It depends on the kind though, I'd like to be one that definitely flies and is big (go big or go home). And breathes fire or lightning!

I wouldn't wanna be tiny and restricted to the land or sea. The sky is just so big and it would be fun to fly! Swooping through clouds

Yeah, I can definitely agree with that. There are a lot of advantages to the strengths of a dragon.

If I was a dragon, I'd want to be a long and skinny one with really big wings. A dragon that's better at flying fast and stealthy than being strong and powerful.

And of course I'd love to have really glamorous horns.

If I was a shifter, however, I'd want to shift into an animal that had no natural predators, like some sort of raptor bird. Bearded Vultures have no natural predators, and some people used to keep them as pets. And they're dangerous, a man died after a Bearded Vulture dropped a turtle on his head. It thought his bald head was a rock.

Or it disliked te fact that the man had no hair on his head or face (compared to the vulture having a "beard"). x'D

Curious question, are you guys tea or coffee people? I'm a coffee person, warm tea grosses me out. Southern-style sweet tea is good.

I'm a tea person. I love the smell of coffee but not the taste. XD

I'm kind of a tea person? I grew up drinking nothing but tea in NY, but Kentucky's tea tastes like cardboard because the water's different...

I have to agree, Kentucky water tastes weird. I went to visit my cousin and her baby up in the Kentucky mountainous area and their tap water tasted funky.

So does Florida water, though. I'm not allowed to drink straight from the tap, we put it in a purifier first.

I don't really drink either, honestly. I've only had tea a couple times, but coffee often makes me sick. I just have water. UoU

I like both as long as it's sweet! Honestly my coffee is more cream and sugar with a dab of coffee, and my tea has to be sweet or go home x'D
But if I had to choose one or the other it would probably be tea, but like I said I love both.

California Water all depends where you live, it's not bad where I am in the valley, my grandparents house get water from a well on their property and the waters look like milk at first because it's full of minerals and Air, it's not bad taste ether,
but there's a place further south that the water smells like rotten eggs and everyone has to use filters to drink it or bottled water.

Florida is quite boring, I live 20 miles from Orlando and there's diddly-squat to do here. I live like down the road from an entrance to the St. John's, but it isn't a good place to go kayaking. New Smyrna and Daytona are crappy beaches, I adore St. Petersburg and Panama City Beach but they're both 6 hours away from where I live. To sum it up, if you don't have Disney passes or a boat, being a Florida local is boring.

I'm probably not going to get it, I know you mentioned the original Destiny, and it was one of those games where you shoot things, right? I think it was. I'm not skilled at those games X'D I'm more or less looking forward to MHWorld, but I'm really tempted to get Trine 2... they both have online multiplayer, though, 3 people can play Trine 2 together, and you can have 4 hunter parties in all the MH games. Mmmm, decisions... ewe

As for what to draw, maybe a variation of colors/themes, aside from the ones you've been using? Your most recent pokemon painting really stood out from the other things in your gallery, which I honestly loved even though I know little about pokemon. It had warmer colors, a unique theme, and overall a very different feel. Even if it's fan art for another franchise, I'd love to see some variation!

I might be a little late to Skeys today, we're meeting the puppies at the same time the rp starts. I can't guarantee I'll have service, it's on a farm.

Yaeh, I need to do different backgrounds Other then dark, I do like to work with it because it's easier to do the effects I like, Stars, Embers, shiny things like that. I love the Trine games so much, I played the original Trine on the PC, but it was from one of those sites that lets you have a free trial that you can only play so many times, and I loved it so much. I had no clue that the sequel is for PS4 too, plus, Trine 2 has dragons! :D

I'm not that much of a videogame person, but give me a good enough game and I'll get hooked. Like when Omega Ruby/Alpha Sapphire came out in 2014, I played for hours on end every day. I was crazy about that game, I caught every legendary available in Omega Ruby and acquired a good amount of shinies from online trading with other players. I got a Mew too, but it's definitely not real. I traded my Raquazza for it.

I wish Sun and Moon were as good as ORAS, they were so disappointing. A waste of $40 in my opinion.

And all of the Poképark games on the wii. I loved those. It's a shame my TV doesn't have a plugin for the wii, I miss playing Poképark.

I also played this one dog game on my dsi when I was younger. You like took care of these virtual dogs, you'd feed them, clean them, play with them, take them exploring, all of these things. That game took up a lot of my time when I was younger.

I played Nintendogs a lot too when I was younger xD

Sun and Moon is a hit and miss, I love it for the Z-Moves

What's going on, Shadow?

I come from a gaming family and well destiny destiny 2 is coming out soon, and my dad made a new clan, and want me and the others to join. ( Unfortunately I let my clan Fall Apart After my dad blew up and got made at me for not playing the game with him and my brother defended me so we both got kicked out of the house) it's been almost a year since I last really play a game and would like to get back with my old gamer friends but I can tell my dad going to blow up again (and that is why me and my brother were wanting to move out before destiny came out) I love gaming but my passion for it was killed and has been slowy coming back, but now I'm just stressed

Geez, Shadow. I mean, on one hand it's pretty cool to have family who like gaming, but that's insane for your dad to get so angry over something as simple as a videogame. I hope everything is going to be OK for you.

I'm sorry you have to endure that. :/ I've heard a lot about how a lot of videogaming can make people shorter tempered, angry, and more violent, and hearing about your dad makes me wonder how true the claim is. Of course, it probably depends on how stable-minded the gamer is.

I like to piss people off on videogames, being a troll and listening to kids rage is hilarious!

I'm more of a card game kind of person. I'm really good at Kings in the Corner and I Got Mine. Phase 10 is fun too, so is Uno.

I don't think that's how it works, Fade, otherwise I'd be the most short-tempered, irritable person here X'D Sure, games can have frustrating moments, but I think it mostly depends on the person who's playing them. In the end, games are about having fun, it's something that every gamer needs to remember.

It's more of a family trait, my dad mom is like that, and my sister is to. It pretty much things from competition and jealousy, my dad was the same way with my brother in Boy Scouts, and he did the same thing with my art on more then one occasion, he always been like that even outside of video games, his medical condition doesn't help either, it like I explained before, about that.

But for the most part he blows up then cool down, and he good for a while, it just the blowing up part I hate cuz it's over the stupidest things.

It will work out, it just stressful, and I'm sorry to vent my troubles

My favorites had to be the Yin-Yang dragon, The ice one you gave Lilly, Egg-4 the slimy looking dude, The dragon butterfly and Nina (of course). I have a thing for creepy/cute dragons

One of them is definitely creepy, you might like it (I actually thought of you when I was concepting it XD). I don't intentionally create cute designs, but I do like to go for pretty and creepy ones.

A see-through Vunrek, though... that's giving me ideas. ewe You might be disappointed to learn, though, that Vunreks have no internal organs whatsoever 'XD Vunreks are the polar opposite of Venatavis, the birbs have no magic and are rather realistic, the wyverns are just total magic, with nothing realistic about them X'D

Actually, Vunreks are more like rock golems, stone bodies animated by magic crystals. I've always imagined their scales being more like stones, and I figure their body temperature would slowly adjust to match their surroundings, too.

If you like creepy things, though, you might like the Savages, they're dark and spiky, and kind of skeletal-ish, even though... they don't have bones... Shhhhh, don't question it 'XP

I think few grew attached to Weaver and Purity's ship because the characters never became relatable and lovable until the time when Weaver was beyond the point of return. I don't know, I feel like the two hardly stood out in the beginning (well more Purity), and because of that I couldn't recognize their love. Maybe that's just me though?

And hey, if you guys are ever getting ticked off by all the CatchEira shipping going on, please tell me. I can't tell whether it bugs people when we get carried away, and I don't want to make SKeys miserable for you all because of it. Please be clear when it's annoying you!

Hey, I want to ask you guys a question. What do you think of Mina? I've just been feeling like she's been getting more bleak and one-dimensional each RP, she's just been generally uninteresting to me. Is it just me or am I doing something wrong when writing her? I feel like I can't give you a reliable answer because I've been doing a bad job of paying attention to other interactions in the RP lately, but Mina has been sticking out much more and acting according as the ridiculous, adorable Mina that we all know, so I think you've been doing okay. x)

I really like Mina, Turtlee! Especially when she's cooking with Hiiro X3 I think you're doing a good job with her :) I can't really think of any complaints against her.

Hey Shadow, I have a suggestion for how you can stay awake while rping. Set an alarm on repeat for 10-20 minutes, so if you fall asleep, the alarm will wake you. Then you turn it off when you want to go to bed.

That's a good idea! I'll have to try it out next week and see if that helps because I feel bad when I fall asleep on people expecially when I know you all have stay up way later then me

I find my own arachniphobia to be a blessing sometimes, mostly just because I realize how absurdly silly I can be at times, I'm not afraid of poisonous spiders, being bitten by one, or even looking at their faces, it's the legs that scare me senseless. Just thinking about it makes me shiver--who cares about whether it's poisonous or not, I'm gonna die if they tickle meeeeeeee!

... and that's where Purity gets it from. She gets it from me. Actually, I can confidently say that she is braver than I am when it comes to spiders :D

Bigger Tarantula's are known to making hissing sounds when they move, I've seen videos of it before, so creepy!

Lol, poor Lilly! I find it really interesting how arachnophobics all fear different parts of the spiders. Some don't want to be bitten while others hate the way they move. I'm not sure what I dislike about them - I think there are several parts I dislike, but they aren't influential enough that I won't draw a spider or put it in a jar and watch it.

The only spiders I hate are the long-legged ones that hang upside-down from webs, I don't mind the ones that just crawl around. XD
And I can't kill spiders of any kind.

I was eating fries with cheese and found a clump of long black hair in it, my hair is brown and my family is brown/blond, spent the last few seconds throwing up into the trash can. Can't stand hair in my food

Random question, but what position do you all sit/lie in when drawing on your DS? I ask because I can't find a position to draw in that doesn't kill my back after a while.

It's probably because of your diet, Radiant - Americans have got too much junk and chemicals in their food that affects their body and so on. That or you're extremely lucky compared to some of us. XD

I sit at my computer desk and draw, usually hunched over a bit, it doesn't affect me that much

I usually lie sideways, propped up on one elbow. It's not comfortable after an hour or drawing. XD

I sit on knees with both of my elbows on my bed, but I hunch over reaaally bad while I draw, it's a bad habit ':p It doesn't bother my back pain-wise, but then I've drawn like this since before I even got my 3DS

My arms would burn up if I tried that for more than an hour too.

My dentist doesn't do it I have to be sent to a specialist, I'll probably need one of them cut out because it's coming in wrong, it's protruding from the side of my gum and my tongue keeps scraping it XP
All my other wisdom teeth came in right but level it to the last one to be a Rebel.
Even though I'm dreading it, like you both say, it'll be nice to not have to worry about it anymore

When I got my wisdom teeth pulled, I was given the option to be put to sleep. I chose that, because I couldn't stand the thought of being awake while they did the surgery. The drugs they gave me really, REALLY messed with my head though, I remember waking up in a dimly lit room with one of my OCs, Lisa, standing beside me, telling me to wake up, and "you shouldn't be here," I don't remember if I saw him or not, but I know Kulusvetlo was there, too, watching me from the shadows and being a creep. It was one of those experiences that was awesome and scary at the same time, I knew exactly where I was, then, I was in one of my fantasy worlds, and it didn't feel like a dream at all--I was really there. After that, my memory is all blurry, heaven knows how my mom managed to get me up the two flights of stairs to our apartment.

I also remember that after I had gotten home and woken up a little more, I could hear the voices of my OCs in my head, they were trying to keep me entertained I guess, since I couldn't move, the only thing I can remember about that is Maldius telling me how he killed some zombies and saved some people. It took a couple days for everything to go back to normal XD

I'm with Blood, my dream job is to not need to work at all. I want to spend all my time pursuing my own interests.

Realistically though, I'd like to work with horses in some way.

I feel like I would enjoy a job relating to art so that I can have fun and do a good job.

well I know quite a few artists who solely make a living off of art, some are comic book artists, others do realistic portraits, etc... I think you should try out DA when you get a good tablet @Fade, you're incredibly talented and could definitely make a good living from commissions there.

I don't /always/ see my OCs in dreams, Fade, sometimes I get stray dreams, like the last one I had, where I was in a desert during a sandstorm and my favorite cat was an evil wizard and was trying to kill me, I had to feed to a giant deadly sandworm to stop her. It was sad, she was just a kitten ;w;

I'd love to design video games someday, it's something I've been wanting to do for a long time, I've already got ideas for a few and a name for at least one. :s

Babies are weird things to draw, especially human/humanoid, boyy...

A Marine Biologist or some sort of STEM job, or a graphics artist/concept artist! Maybe even a member of a Symphony Orchestra if I don't give up Flute after graduating from Highschool. But that wouldn't be my full job.

If I stick with Marine Biology, I'd love to attend the Hawaiian University in Maui. Or some other costal area in the United States. I don't think I'd be able to go to a foreign country. If I go with an art career as my major, I'd love to attend CalArts. But it's difficult to get accepted to and it's really expensive to attend. But that college is a feeding ground for Disney. Working for Pixar is probably one of my biggest and most unlikely dream.
But we'll see.

Ooooh, I just looked out the window, and I saw this shadow slowly creeeeeping towards our apartment

AAAAHH THAT WAS THE COOLEST THING I'VE EVER SEEN

It was slowly getting darker, and then it suddenly turned nighttime, the total eclipse was SO AWESOME

I tried taking a picture of it with my 3DS, but the eclipse only showed up as a pure white ball, not a circle

It's having some interesting affects on my mom though, she says she almost feels like she's drunk, even though she's never been drunk before X'D

It was just soooo coooooolllll

I guess the eclipse is only visible from certain places, there's absolutely nothing going on here. XD

That sounds really cool! We're looking at it right now, but I don't think we'll see the full eclipse from where we are.

You probably could've taken a clear picture of it if you had held smoked glass over the lens. That's how we've been looking at the sun and taking pictures of it.

Eclipses can be seen all over the world at many different times, but this particular eclipse is visible only to the people in the US. You'll probably have your turn in a number of years, Radiant. XD

I don't think there's been an eclipse here in a very long time. My mum once told me that she watched an awesome one when she was little, it was the middle of the day and everything went completely dark. I don't remember ever seeing one myself.

An eclipse happens every 18 months, but most the time it over the ocean where no one can see it, it all depends on we're it at.

For this one I only got to see a sliver of it, but I remember several years ago I seen a full eclipse (or very close to 1)

Well, if you keep track of when the next eclipse is, you can travel out to where you can see it and enjoy the few minutes that it's there. XD

Apparently it didn't get as dark where I live as it did somewhere else, here it just got as dark as a normal night, if not a little lighter, but up north of us it was pitch black, total darkness ewe

We only got to see part of it, thanks to the clouds.
And then we went through three traffic jams on the way home.
Oh well, it was still totally awesome. I'm just glad we got to see part of it. :>
