I read your gallery description, and saw the part about you not knowing how to tag things. Well, since you're german and I'm assuming your 3ds is too, your keyboard doesn't have the poundkey/hashtag in it.

BUT Collecting Smiles is aware of that and put a workaround for users whose regional keyboard lacks the hashtag. Just type two colons like : : (but without the space between them) and they'll turn into a hashtag when you post your comment or painting.
