i signed up for an app where it tells you to do things to make you less shy and there's a comment section and somebody replied to my comment and now im scared

for some reason i have this fear that whenever i get a comment its going to be somebody judging me for something im super insecure about even though idk where they would get that info

it goes away slowly as i use the thing more but its still always just a little bit there

and then if i dont get comments im sad??? do i crave suffering???
