Its that birthday time of year! XD Happy Birthday @XNei_YuiX! You said you didn't celebrate irl, so lets celebrate here! ^o^ Thank you for being a very nice and encouraging friend, it means so much to me! I hope you like this gift : 3 I thought that it would be fun if I drew Misoku with Yui. They're just chatting. She's drawing a picture, I wonder what it is.
I tried to improve with this drawing. The background is ok. Its not bad but I have a lot of work left to do. As for the people, I'm really proud of them! Its definitely an improvement, especially on Misoku (you inspired me to try even harder Nei : 3) Well, I hope you all enjoyed! : D

Re: Thanks! The house was inspired by the fire-type base of the Rescue Team games, at least, the exterior was. I made some changes to make it a bit more homely.
And yep, Cole is Quill's childhood friend. At one point, I planned to make him a cyndaquil as well, but I would then have to deal with the matter of making them distinguishable from each other. I'm actually happier with him being a charmander though.

You're probably wondering where I am. My 3DS is currently out of commission. The inner plate with the hinges, has snapped on the right side. I have a part arriving on Friday but I'm not sure when I'll be able to replace it. Even with that, there's some issues with Homebrew I have to fix. I may be back in fighting shape by next week though, and much improved (being the only thing I've been doing is drawing on my notepads).
