Rashida is the third main antagonist (my series is broken down into "seasons"). She is the leader of a vigilante group known as the Aima Karuto, who commit crimes such as arson and thievery, in "revolt against the Queen." They also practice blood magic (hemokinesis), which anybody with a magic percentage under 70 can use. The lower the magic, the more powerful. The magic is highly forbidden, so the group practices in secret.
