Tovend's Bone: Glowing by Bowpmsas

Here's an example on how Tovend's bone looks when glowing. There's a stone-like shaft in this bone that can enable Tovend to create Psychic-type based attacks. The center of it is seen from the "hole" of the bone. Appearance-wise, it's tube-shaped going from one end to the bone to the other from the inside.
Pretty straight forward stuff, yes? c};/
