Lol, I recognize that yellow patch on that bee's face anywhere. 'Tis a male eastern carpenter bee.
Carpenter bees actually don't pollinate flowers well like other bee species, they commonly engage in what is known as "nectar robbing," they puncture holes in the base of the flower and take the nectar without touching the pollen. Sneaky little fellows.
