Rohn & Keahi Ref [remastered] by spaceywulf

Here we go, I finally got around to remaking this. I honestly did not like how sloppy his first ref was, and now I've been able to develop him and his species more.

First off is Rohn, an uncommon variant of Velz. What makes him different is the markings he has on his scales, which includes his stomach, front legs, and spiked tail. His eyes actually didn't come out how I wanted them to, so that's really the only good part to his original reference.
Anyways, he was once a Velz that did not care much for the well-being of those dying. He taunted Raven as she was dying until Arrow interfered, and he now realizes it would be better to help those dying. Even though he saved Raven from death and stayed at the camp for a while, he refused to be her gaurdian, as the laws of his kind do give the choice. Stubborn and easily angered, Rohn is not one to mess with. He prefers to keep to himself and stay in the ruins of Laybourn.
The power of his medallion is that of white fire, a deadly force not to be taken lightly. However...

Keahi (fire) is a wolf summoned from Rohn's white fire. Their tail acts as their main weapon, and depending on how much energy Rohn used while summoning them, they can be as large as a normal wolf with a mind basically of their own or a small flame with no self control. Keahi is peaceful when not in battle, though don't pet them, unless you want your hand burned off.

That's pretty much it. Enjoy!
