I originally had this dude in Sectoid, but I'm pretty sure that's dead, so I'll bring him here.

A young man raised on the belief that death is not a thing to be afraid of, Jay spent much of his early years being ignored by his peers, due to his weird beliefs. However, he managed to make one friend during this time, whose name is Sarah. They grew up together, and her untimely death caused Jay to do a complete 180 in his outlook, now becoming incredibly concerned for other people's safety. Due to this, he has become much more nice and compassionate, but you can tell that his impulse is to be rude and arrogant. He is making an effort to be a nicer person, but he was so used to being rude and witty that he has to hold his tongue should something insult worthy appear. He will never grow angry, no matter what comes his way. He happens to find his waddling persona to be quite adorable.
