I've met so many people here on Colors, that have changed my life. I had fun with many, I went through hard times with some, I've brought up others and they brought me up. I laughed, cried, and learned. All of you, each and every one of you, changed my life. I can't thank you guys enough for what you all have done for me. I could draw each and every one of you in a fa drawing, but it would never reach how thankful I truly am. I love you guys so much, you've mad these past four years worth living! You helped me reach where I am now, and I can start to see my future. I really want to cry guys...

Thank you all so much, you're all my friends, and wherever the road takes me, I will remember you all. For anyone that has a memory about me, I want you to think about it. And I say thank you, because it is because of YOU, that it was made possible.

The Future of Witzke

These past four years have been the best time of my life. You guys helped me learn, and improve my craft. And because you motivated to keep drawing, I now have a goal.

I started out as a goofy animator on Hatena, and it went somewhere! But when that shut down, I didn't know what to do, or where my art would go from there. I didn't want to stop making things. And you guys gave me the reason to keep going forward.

Fast forward to now. I'm 18 years old. My future goal is to become a 2D animator, to make Misoku and Tamaro have shows. I went to a College and checked it out, but it was NOT a good place to be. Not for me, it was like the bad side of the internet. I had a talk with the animator teacher and he told me that he taught himself! (I've seen his work too, its good!) Basically, long story short, they don't even hire for degree, just skill.

So why am I saying this? Well, for the coming years now, I decided to train myself. Not blindly goofing off though, serious training. I believe I can do it, and I now have the drawing skill to pursue that.

But without a college, I need another way to get my name out there. I need to become more known. I need to be the best artist I can be, So, I bought a drawing tablet and an trying to learn that now. I'm trying to get a better foothold on DA and hopefully get Patreon, and I'll need to focus there.

I really hate to say it, but an end to my Colors time is finally in sight. I need to move on. I love Colors to death, but its too small. DON'T WORRY! I'm not leaving, and my production rate isn't going to drop right now. My transition will be veerrry slow hopefully. But, I wanted to let you guys know... If Hatena taught me anything, is that sometimes you need to move from one place to another in life, as hard as it may be sometimes.

I love you guys though. Please know that I will always. I cherish every memory we've made so far, all the laughs we've sgared and good times. And I hope we can continue to do that for a long time to come. I love you all, And God bless your souls! ^u^ My blessings to you all, and may your journey be wonderful.

#TLoM #Mudkip: Mudkip represents the characters that I made here on Colors (He was the first) as well as the comic series that I have made and comics.
#Peekatchu #and #Zoarouah: They represent my storytelling. On Hatena, they were just characters with simple personalities, but on Colors, not only my roster of characters has increased, but their characters themselves. Zoaruah and Peekatchu became fleshed out as well as many other characters.
#Balloons: The Balloons represent everyone who I've met on Colors, how we've cone together and had a beautiful time, and the blow with me into wonder and fun.

And lastly,
#Tamaro: Tamaro represents flying into the future. New hopes, new dreams, and new adventures.

I forget when I joined, but my full time was spent here after Hatena. It's good to see how far one progresses from black and white animation with Smosh audio. I see we're taking different paths, but our end goal is the same: to entertain others. As bad as college is, my future mother-in-law is very insistent that I have a college degree, so I'm cooking. Wherever life takes us, let's hope to remember our roots.

Ah, heck. For the longest time, I've tried to imitate your drawing style and developed my own. I see you don't just improve yourself, you help others to improve. I'd love to thank you in person, but who knows how that's going to happen (unless you pop into one of my streams) so why not take this opportunity? Thank you.

i remember when i joined sudomemo ive been there for more then 4 years and im still on there its what i started drawing on and it realy helped me grow as an artist ive been on here around a year maybe less and i have still grown alot on here to! >v<

Congrats Witzke!! It's certainly been a long journey, and you have improved so much! You have always been such a big inspiration to me and I wish only for the best for you for the future because you have been such an awesome and supportive friend, so you absolutely deserve it. And hey maybe we will meet eventually on DA because I'm starting to think it's about time for me to pack up and leave colors as well, gotta learn how to use a tablet so if colors were to ever shut down I would still know how to digitally draw lol, though that may be a long while form now. Anyway, your absolutely amazing and I will always love your art no matter where you go with it, so here's to another year of art no matter where it may be!
