Once there is enough people or will ever be enough people lop, You should form teams. People who you think you'll get along with. Bonds with others is the key to victory as you'll have to trust in eachother to strengthen yourselves and your personas.

The teams don't have to be balanced (having one of each Role) but it'd make it easier for safe victories and successful missions.
