Why dont you keep a count on each land? I'm but that's what I got. Or make cities inside the lands?

But heres the thing I dont want to do that. All lands are equal. No land is considered evil. Now if youre going off of class for each land, each land has every class, same goes for race. You just gotta adapt your character to that land.
Solution:
-Closing off vepura and Afai
-Revising the other lands to make them more appealing

Population
Speaking of population Everyone seems to be joing the multiple characters club I started. I mean as lomg as you can handle controlling everyone and build their story as well as not forgetting any of the characters you made I dont see a problem. I have 5 characters each have different personallities and storys. Reason why I have 5 is because I can handle it and because I had a thing going where I would have a character from each land. Again I dont see this as a problem as long as you can handle the many characters as well as are able to continue to develope each and everyone of them

Ball
So the ball. Is going to be hard to control. Especially for people who type slow or who have a hard time replying. So Im going to put a small cap on how many characters you can control. The ball is two nights after all so not all characters have to be there night 1 you get what I mean?
Soultion:
-the cap of characters are 2-3 depending on how many characters you have.

I assume with the vepura situation, that people might have gotten confused thinking that that was the only continent open.

May i suggest making a tag for destria's rules? That way people can find and read them easily.

This should prove very useful! The problem that I think is happening is that people see roleplay pictures connected to Destria, but instead of reading the rules, jump right to character creation. Which is what leads to some confusing situations ;-:

On the subject of the Blue Moon Ball. I possible option is to limit it to 1 character at a time, but allow them to have one character leave the ball after a conversation then switch to another. Because just saying, with so many posts, it will be next to impossible to follow 3 characters at once. Maybe 2 characters at the most?

And with serah, being the oracle of god makes sense, in a fantasy story or world, their's very likely ever going to be one very special person, it's pretty doubtable that oracles, warriors, or kids of gods are just going to be running around all over the place. Serah's the only person in destria that can do what she does, if someone makes such a argument in a story based rp, then they need to learn how fantasy storymaking works.

EXACTLY! Serah is a character used by The Creator Of The Roleplay to help push story plot along. Without such a character, the story would stagnate and wander. She keeps us on our path. Also, her powers are not what I would say Godlike xD

DO NOT remove Serah! She is necessary for story progression! Serah is what Gandalf was for Tolkien's Lord Of The Rings trilogy! Do not remove her!

If you pick up any book
you'll see that there is the main character, and side characters.
But, you'll also find that somewhere in there is a character used to move plot.

They are known as:
"Plot Device(s)"

Akara is like our Chrom, and Serah is our plot device.

Even if you go to a tabletop roleplay, usually the gamemaster(GM) doesn't actually play as their own character, but use character units to move the plot around.

Reading MadMax's comment, i have the same "problem" i would say, my character is also a closed species that i made, i mean it could be related to elfs in some way though if that would help/be better? And about the home land, i'm very flexible and can just pick the one with the least amount of people really ^^ So yeah if there is anything i can do to help, i'd be happy to do so :D
Another question, about the ball, can my character go too since after reading your desc. i came to the understanding that it didn't happen yet and i would then make a pic with Lumi in her dress too :3

@Max I have no idea about manechi, but with michi, (Forgive me if i get their names wrong ;-;) she would likely fit into the hybrid category. (sense hybrids are humans with animalistic traits)

Because in making a character that is a ''Closed Species'' You have just made it impossible for anyone to play the same race as you. Which in unfair to everyone else.

And it's true that it is a bit unfair, but like i said, she could also very well be an elf since she kinda looks like one (minus the tail but the rest should be fine i guess) and she doesn't really have any special race limited abilities too, only things a mage could do

@Goal, I would say she fits dragon. in destria, (As far as i know) dragons have no specified way their supposed to look, in destria she would prolly be considered a dragon or hybrid, but you could still use her tag.

#Tnela for example is a dragon hybrid, and the only other dragon (owned by kohai) looks nothing like her.

@Cookies actually has a good point. She technically fits some of the citeria for a Dragon. Blue hair. Pointy ears. She could be a dragon hybrid of sorts. Dragons vary in appearence too, #DestriaClaudiesa for example

I changed it, made her now part of the dragonfolk for this rp and outside she will still be an Illumicent (don't worry for forgetting the names, i'm the same lol)
And no, she can only use magic and has these dragon-like traits, but can't change into a dragon or anything like that

Actually, alot of dragons have blue-ish hair. Dante, and Felicia both have blue hair. And their both Dragons. So it kinda seems like so xD
