The oldest of twins, Qui and her brother Jason where rescue at a young age by Victoria from dark creatures that killed there family, the Vaseterm Queen took them both under her wing as raise them as her own.
Victoria show Qui a way to use Vaseterm Magic, Though it's not as strong as what a Silverblood​ can do it still gets the job done (she is not the only non Silverblood that can know how to use this Magic either eue)

She also has her own Magic that doesn't require chanting or other rituals. She specializes in support Magic, healing, barriers, and spying spells, invisibility, East dropping, and so on...she does have some offensive Magic but is not as strong.

Despite her being quite frail in her human form Qui has a feisty personality expecially to her brother, but she melts like butter around a certain Royal Vaseterm.
