Hey, another evil oc! Okay so Valarius belongs to no race, he's literally the personification of Black Holes. He's very powerful and fancies himself a god but he has his weaknesses such as actually making Black Holes, it tires him out but he makes up for it by getting stronger with every spacial body that he consumes.
