@DarkAvian asked if i can give tips on how to lucid dream:
During the deepest sleep, where you actualy get energy and rest from, you dont dream. Well this is just how i understand it so if im wrong please correct me, but this is what i experience. i can only lucid dream when im a little bit awake. sometimes im fully asleep and im dreaming but once i become aware that im dreaming, im awake. Not fully awake, my eyes are closed and im in bed but im conscious... [cont in comments]

im just aware im in bed, at this point i can feel my blankets and pillows. Lucid dreaming to me is very difficult but extremely easy. the way i do is like a kid in gym class who isnt working his muscles cause hes doing the excercice wrong. I lucid dream at specific points, right before i fall into deep sleep but also after that stage, as i slowly wake up.
I had trouble sleeping, i can go to bed at 8pm and wake up exausted. Why? i dont deep sleep. I spend my whole time in bed just lying down and thinking. Eventually my thoughts turn into dreams i can controle but thats cause i never go unconscious, im always AWARE im in bed. eventually i black out. in lucky cases, instead of being woken up during this black out stage, i go into the slowly waking up phase and that means i dream. i prefer to let my dreams run wild but ive been training on how to lucid dream so i can remember them. last night i had a dream and i was able to remember them cause i used lucid dreaming to repeat it over-

and over again, so that when i woke up, i would be able to write it down so i could put it in this comic.
so i know this is bad advice but... never fully sleep. be terrible like me and go to sleep when youhave a lot on your mind, you wont lucid dream for real but you'll have controle over your mind.

DarkAvian, I have found the most results by doing this. Be really tired. Like not too tired, but tired enough where it takes less than 10-30 mins to fall asleep. Have a family member wake you up about an hour after you fall asleep. You have a LOT of dreams while you sleep, and since you don't frequently wake up at night, they aren't remembered. So being woken up like that helps you remember it. Prepare for dreams cut short though. There's also lucid dreaming videos on YouTube that are just audio that you play while you're falling asleep. They double as ASMR too, if that helps.
