I feel like every artist, big or small, goes through this stage multiple times in their life. I feel like it is your brain's way of telling you your art is going to chage soon. Maybe it will improve more to your tastes now, or you will grow an entirely new style cause of how you feel, but whatever it may be, don't give into the negatives! Hold your head up, you got a lot of fans and these people really love your art (me being one). Don't stop drawing! Your mind will find what it doesn't like about something and change it, and I'm sure it's gonna be great. So hang in their champ, a change may be coming, and you will love your art again my boi<3

yeah, I guess this one was more just scenery instead of a background. but yeah, I get the thing about maybe slightly muting the colors in the background (if that phrasing makes ANY sense) : )
