Abaddon is making knives one day, he has some trouble with details on small weapons, so he's trying to practice.

Abaddon glances up at her "Knives" he looks back down and focuses on his work.

"nope" he says kinda bluntly, replying to both of her comments at the same time

He sighs "both.... and she will be here next week"

"it's practice. After i'm done with it, i plan on dullin' it and selling it as a aprrentice weapon." He said alot of words that time, maybe because he didn't feel like he could explain in a few words.

"i'd be bored if i didn't" he says bluntly and twitches his mustace as he keeps working on the knife.

"Everything 'cept bottles"

"nope"
its true that he has everything, heck, he even has a few armors and circlets on display.

"Yep"

He raises a brow "steel or Iron?"

"it'll be hard, but okay"

(igtg to bed, been sick all day so i need my rest)

"I said alright, didn't i?" he gives her a sort of sassy look.

"you said that a little ago." he inhales sharply through his nose. "Double edged for knife?"

"well, you're as stiff as a tree... the only difference i can figure between you and me, is our hight."

(xD and his sass is coming out)

"how's it funny?" he crosses his arms

"Composure?... who needs that guff- only royalty- that's who" he gets a dissaproving look on his face, hidden beneath his beard.

"not 'specially... most don't know hard work if it got dumped on them... 'cept a few"

"nope, i don't think you are..." he looks at the 'training knife' he's working on.

"Maybe a day, two most"

"... dividing what ya last gave me by 1O.... 1,2OO"

"Yep"

He goes a bit quiet "..."

He sighs "why do you want to know?"

He thinks for a long while and then sighs "she doesn't talk or even look at me or my daughter anymore."

"well, now you know..."

"three blocks north..."

"I like sweets, yeah."

"oh, i'm a grump?" he says, raising an eyebrow

(uhm, okay... i asked you about that before we even shipped them... but okay)

".... how am i grumpy?"

"I was raised to think actions mean more than words... and that words are for theifs or nobles.... i don't mean t' be rude."

(so, instead you would like to delay it? that's okay, it would give Xandra a chance to see Hilde without any drama at all, and that would be nice. we could act like Xenon and Hilde didn't get together after Xenon beat up that one dude, so we could have them meet and possibly get together at a later time.)

Abaddon smirks behind his beard "go get some sweets, i'll start on your knife"

(okay xD i'm expecting her to be alot like Xenon was when he first met her xD)

Abaddon comes out from the back room "yes, hello" he says pretty kindly before looking for her dagger.

"fine, and good" he finds her dagger and sets it on the counter carefully for her, he unwraps it for her to see.
It is just as well crafted as the re-defined sword he did for her, it even has small designs on it to match her sword, somehow Abaddon had remembered the details of her sword and put them on to this tiny consealable knife.

"glad to make ya happy" he seems a little bit in a hurry, but he's taking time to talk to her.

"just smithing, alot." now that he says so, he does seem to be sweating, but it seems to be stopping at his beard.
Suddenly a female- albiet deepish voice- comes from the back room "Dad? everything alright?"
Abaddon responds in his usual manner "yep"

"Hilde, my daughter" Abaddon replies.

Abaddon shifts his mouth back and forth a little while thinking. Eventually he says "Hilde, come here."
Hilde knows that he would add a 'soon' if it was urgent and gets there after she finishes a task.
Hilde looks at her father then up at Xandra. "hi." she says, yet she still seems more polite than her father who usually just nods for a greeting.

Hilde gets a wierded out and untrusting look on "uh...." she glances at her dad for moral support but he just shrugs. She hesitantly walks over to Xandra.

Hilde twitches an eye, kinda annoyed by Xandra touching her face.

Hilde then immediately turns around and walks back into the other room while saying "yeah, bye" as if she's creeped out.

Abaddon tries to not laugh at the sidjuation "She doesn't like being touched, 'specially by strangers."

Abaddon finally lets out a small laugh, which makes him seem like a jolly old man (xD) and he puts the money she gave him away.

"she's probably just flustered." he says with a smirk
