They are two members of their highschool's music brand. Jeremy, on the right, 16, is a guitarist and a singer, and Elizabeth (Liz bc it's shorter), 17, on the right, plays guitar as well. The third member is Fred (yup him again) and he plays battery.
Liz was Theo's ex girlfriend and Jeremy was bullied by Theo so they both have this guy as a common point. That's kinda why they hang out together even if they don't talk a lot, they understand each other's problems
