I kinda based his design around HeatMan's design.
He is extremely hot headed and his weapons are mini 2 sided lit candles. He can also throw his head around the room and not get hurt, but it does make him dizzy. #Candle #Fire

His attack pattern reminds me of the museum stage clown boss from Megaman 7 (not talking about Clown Man, of course).
