Mica was born in a small faun village in the mountains.
Her family were just poor farmers, she was her parents only child and she was beautiful from an early age.
So much so that their chief wanted her to one of his wives as soon as possible, but her mother refused to let her be another trophey for him... till she became deadly ill.
The family couldn't pay for her medicine...

However, the chief said he could make sure she recovered, so long as Mica's father gave him his daughter to wed.
Her father agreed, thinking being a chief's wife would be good for Mica, and his wife would get the treatment she needed.
Mica, she had other plans.
She agreed, but only if she could have the medicine on the wedding day.
The chief agreed and did give it to her as she came to the chapel in her gown.
Mica took it, punched the chief in his groin and bolted back to her mother and tried to escape down their mountain together... but all the rukus of their cart and the whole village chasing the run-aways caused an avalanche... one that killed her mother...
