well you just put your writing tool on the surface you want to draw on then you move it around... i know its that simple!

I can't draw well either, but I've certainly gotten better when I began posting art online. I met some friends, got some tips, looked at tutorials, and I'm still learning to get better. Find a style you're good at, then stick with it. I hope for your sake that you don't resort to tracing like others.

I think you draw just fine. If you're really worried practice sketching real people, and be very realistic. Also sometimes if you're unhappy and you try a different style that sometimes helps too.
