If you feel up to the task, you could challenge yourself by drawing a realistic horse.
It's often said that to break the rules, (ie- drawing stylized "mlp" horses) you gotta know how things work on the real thing. It really does help your mlp skills a ton when you draw realistic horses.
I, like many, went head first into drawing mlp without having a clue how to draw legit horses, and my old pony art shows it in so many ways... lul

Anyway, something that can help you conjure up ideas is doing a little looking around at things online.
You never know what will inspire you. It could be an animal, armor of sorts, photograph of a place, etc.

*I didn't really post any ideas now did I... my bad. I've lacked having any ideas for things to draw for myself in these past few days, so sadly I have none to give to anyone else! lul
