I swear, all I do with this Oc is make her as cute as possible. And wether I am doing that correctly is questionable.
Any way, I just felt like drawing another Oc in a cute dress. I modeled this dress after Queen Serena's dress from Sailor Moon because her dad/creator is a big Sailor Moon fan. (Me too!)
