I don't know sorry! What i always do is that i lay down in a pose that i really like. And then just let my brain choice what i think about and then i sleep pretty fast most of the time. And if i don't want to sleep anymore i eat as much sugar as i can and get really hyper so i can get trough the day no problem. But i think that only works for me ^-^.
no food, and especially sugar an hour before bed. stay off the electronic devices a half before bed to help your mind relax better. one thing I used to have was glow in the dark stars on the ceiling above bed. I would stare at them untill I felt my mind was calm enough to rest. it worked for me.
