Sockland, (called that way because it technically doesn’t have an official name,) is the section of land in the world that all of Tantibus’ characters inhabit. Eight years ago, the Earth as we knew it suddenly grew erratic and violent, leading to rapid worldwide natural disaster and climate change. Also, certain beings began to emerge, such as creatures that look like they have crawled from the darkest depths of the planet to some humans being granted reality-changing powers seemingly at random.
Now, humans are a rare breed as they hole themselves up in protected cities and paranoid towns as power struggles between Earth’s new rulers grow more savage by the day. All of this is overshadowed by a spreading dark and uncanny force as it envelopes more territory with a strength that would imply the Earth itself was on its side.

Anyhow, this account was created so Tantibus had a place to stuff all of her annoying character and setting details without turning her main gallery into a reference farm. As characters are introduced on her main account, you can come here to learn details about said characters, along with various facts about the world they live in. There also may be events held that include these characters later on if all goes well.

Starting next week, I will be posting references for one character each weekday complete with commented biographies until every known Sockland inhabitant is documented. Afterwards, production will halt until more characters are introduced on the main account or I just feel like releasing some stuff. Here’s to this actually working!
