I just woke up not too long ago, I had stayed up all night working on Lilly's Zeharu, so I'm feeling a little bleh

I have so many Zeharu, hmmmm I'm not quite sure who to throw at ya, gimme a moment

Eiro had entered the human world, with little Aiko, she shifted as she reached the outskirts of a city and made Aiko shift to her human form as well. She pulled over the hood of her cloak after wrapping her streamers around her waist.

After making sure Aiko was covered up, she walked towards the human city, looking like an ordinary human mother, but her scent would give her away to any nearby Zeharu.

((Nekana and Zurie can both wear special glasses in their human forms to prevent their eyes from stealing souls, so they could make eye contact with others and they wouldn't drop dead unless they took the glasses off, what they look like is up to your imagination, they could even be goggles if you want))

(Alright! Hmmm, right now I'm thinking it's a mask with thin slits for her to see out of, the slits could have the special glass that stops her from murdering everyone that looks at her the wrong way, and the mask only covers her forehead and eyes. I need to draw this now X'P )

Zurie walks through the city, having left her isolated, foggy lair in search of some soul to steal... Even though she hates even the thought, she knows she wouldn't be much of a thief if she never stole from anyone. The Zeharu shapeshifter stops at a street corner and sighs, leaning on her staff, but when she gets a whiff of another Zeharu's scent, she turns and follows it with a sense of curiousity and caution. //Who's this?// Zurie thinks to herself, ignoring the heads of people turning to her and the irresistable scent of her hair.

Drake and Takeo wandered into the city.
Takeo instantly began bounding ahead, gawking at all the buildings and shops around them, while Drake was a lot more wary, noticing all the strange looks his friend was receiving from the locals.

"Takeo, wait--" Drake started, beginning to worry that the lizard boy wasn't welcome. But Takeo was already bouncing ahead, not even noticing who or what he might run into. "C'mon, Drake! We finally got here, so let's explore!"

"Agh, will you wait just a second!?" Drake shouted, running after his friend.

( @Mythic You could throw in a random OC when you feel comfortable :p

Ya know, I can't help but wonder, if Soul-Thief Zeharu have such irresistable-smelling hair, what exactly does it smell like? Is there even anything on our planet that could compare to it? XP )

Eiro entered the city through an alleyway and started cautiously moving her way through it. Aiko was scrunching up her nose at all the new smells hitting her.

Eiro stepped onto the sidewalk out of the alleyway and nearly walked into Takeo bouncing about, "Whoa!" her eyes widened in shock to see the little lizard boy.

(I guess it would vary/person, like some scent you just love and want to seek out to keep smelling it because it reminds you of something or someone you love)

(I don't know Lilly, it depends if I'm allowed. )

We're kind of going in an order,
Me -> Lilly -> Fluffy and then you can add in as the fourth person)

After walking a good distance, Zurie comes to the alley that the scent seems to be coming from. She peeks around the corner, spotting a woman dressed in red and two other beings. //Who are they?// she ponders, debating if she ought to approach them, //Perhaps I'll wait a bit and watch them...//

Takeo was so enthralled by the city that he nearly ran into Eiro. He came to a screeching halt, backed away a little, then looked up at her with wide, snake-like eyes. "Ah! Excuse me! I'm so sorry--" He almost finished his apology, when Drake suddenly caught up to him and threw his cloak over the lizard boy's head.

Takeo let out an unhappy squawk, "Hey! I can't see!"
"Sssh! Tak! I don't think they really welcome your kind around here...!" Drake whispered, while quickly trying to cover Takeo's horns and tail.

Eiro couldn't help but smile at the two boys, "It's quite alright" she pulls her hood back a bit to reveal the gems embedded in her skin and her pointed ears, "I'm not exactly human myself, you don't have to worry around..." she pauses looking at the infant in her arms, "us" she finishes.

//Ahh... they seem friendly enough...// the Soul Thief thinks, smiling to herself, but it fades as she remembers what she's here for. If one of them is a Zeharu, like the scent trail would imply, it would result in a horrible conflict if she were to aim for that soul... //Perhaps... one of the others... Or, maybe I can find someone else...// Zurie takes a deep breath, then slowly walks toward the unusual beings in the alley before her.

(Fluffy, what's Drake's tag? I don't remember what he looks like or what he is even X'D )

Once Takeo had managed to get Drake's cloak to fit properly, he looked at Eiro in wonder. "Wow..." Was all he said at that moment. He stood on his toes to see Aiko in Eiro's arms, all wrapped up. "Hello!" He smiled at the little infant, then looked back at Eiro. "So... Are you both dragons, too?"

At that comment, Drake nudged Takeo with his elbow, "Come on, Tak, be a little more polite, will you?
...Sorry about him, he gets a little excited..." As he spoke, he noticed another stranger approaching them, which caused his voice to fade as he ended his statement.
"...Um... Hello?"

(Well, his most recent reference is actually pretty old, but his design hasn't changed a lot.

Aiko was dozing in Eiro's arms, "Oh yeah we are, we're the royalty of our species, my name is Eiro Reignheart and this little lady is Aiko"

She perks up when she catches Zurie's scent reaches her, she tenses and looks over in her direction.

(That's fine, I just wanted to see what he looks like, I'm glad he's a human like I thought he was XD )

Zurie hesitates a moment, then smiles faintly. "Oh, hello... I'm sorry if I'm being a bother... I heard voices from the alley as I was passing by, and I got curious... Sometimes I'm too curious for my own good," the soul-stealer replies, her voice, kind but quiet. "There's no trouble here, is there?"

"Well then, it's nice to meet you, your highness...es! I'm Takeo, and this is my friend, Drake!" Takeo said, bowing politely to Eiro and Aiko. The hood of Drake's cloak fell and covered his eyes when he stood back up. "...I can't see again." The lizard boy mumbled.

"N-no, there's no trouble here. My friend just got a little too excited for his own good." Drake said to Zurie. //No trouble here YET, that is...//
It was more than obvious that Drake was a little suspicious of the soul-thief.

"Drake, who's that you're talking to? A new friend?" Takeo asked, trying to wrestle the hood up around his horns so he could see.

Eiro narrowed her eyes at Zurie, "No you're not being a bother and there's no trouble, in fact, I just met these nice boys" she reaches forward with a free hand and helps Takeo fix his hood.

The Zeharu shapeshifter frowns, feeling keenly aware of the mistrust coming from Drake and Eiro. She pulls her long white hair, tied in a pony tail, around to her chest, then plays with it out of nervousness. //What could I say that would tell them I mean no harm, and it wouldn't come out of the blue?// "I'm glad there's no trouble here. I... My name is Zurie, and it's nice to meet you..." She pauses a moment, then sighs, becoming annoyed with herself at her own inability to socialize... but I guess that's what happens when you live most of your life in isolation.

I have kind of a dumb question...
Would Zurie's fur... Er, hair, smell, even in her human form?)

(Yeah it would, but the scent would be only noticeable close up or for someone with sensitive smell)

"I'm Drake. It's a pleasure to meet you as well." Drake said with a small smile. //Well, at least she's not trying to kill us. Not right now, that is...//

Takeo's eyes lit up as Eiro lifted the hood off of his head, "Thank you!" He said, giving a toothy grin.
He then glanced at Zurie, "Hi, Zurie! My name's Takeo!"
Wandering a bit closer to Zurie, Takeo paused and sniffed the air, picking up a scent he'd never smelled before. "...Woah... What's that smell...?"

Eiro watched Takeo approach Zurie, "Careful young one, she's a soul thief, one look into her eyes and your soul will forever be hers" she warns. Glancing back up at Zurie, "My name is Eiro and this little one is Aiko"

"Ahh!" Zurie yelps when Eiro suddenly gives her away, "B-but don't worry... You're safe as long as I wear this mask... and I don't intend to take it off." She gives Takeo a nervous smile, hoping this energetic green dragon isn't too frightened.

"S-soul theif...?" Takeo's ears fell as he gave Eiro a worried look, then hesitated to look back at Zurie.

Drake, while avoiding eye-contact with Zurie, took a few defensive steps closer to Takeo. He was incredibly tense, and even shaking a little bit due to fear, but he didn't want his friend to get his soul stolen. "...T-Tak, maybe we should go." He whispered.

After hearing about Zurie's mask, Takeo seemed a bit more comfortable with looking at her, "...O-oh, okay...
I... Um... I have a mask too...! See?" He reached underneath the cloak he was wearing and revealed a mask that was made to look like a dragon's face. "...I-I use it to shift..."

Eiro watched them with some interest, she walked closer, placing a hand on Drake's shoulder, "Relax, I know how to free your soul and return it if she does, which I don't think she will" she eyes the soul thief harshly, with sharp teal eyes.

The Soul Thief becomes very discouraged, and stops toying with her hair, instead clutching her staff close to her. Still, Zurie forces a small smile as she quietly says, "You have a very nice mask, Takeo..." Then turning to the royal Zeharu, she bitterly replies, her heart aching, "For the record, I don't enjoy what I do... I hate watching the life... drain from their eyes like that... I only do it because I have to...!"
