Eared Pastelfowl are calm, medium sized birds that eat mainly seeds, fruit and honey. Their split tails and "ears" are different lengths depending on gender.

Kateorian feather-backs are patient, rare birds of prey. They are slightly larger than Pastelfowl and usually prey on them but this one grew up with pastelfowl and was raised in captivity so she is is used to being fed by hand

Hellbird's are quiet birds, rather elusive and shy creatures. Rumours say they come from hell and if you kill one and take one of their feathers it can ward off demons and sins. This however is untrue and has made these birds both have a foul name and a horrific amount of hunters. Keeping one is apparently a bad omen but some say that showing one mercy is a true sign you are a kind spirit
