Idk if he actually wields magic or not, he looks that way by accident.

'Satoi' means 'sharp' or 'clever', and Satoi knows it. He's pretty smart, but thinks he's smarter than he is. He's skeptical to many things, and despises baseless assertions. He tries not to be proud, but sometimes says harsh things by accident.
