She just got her ability to hide her ears so she is going shopping!.
All cervos who past a test get this ability from the Queen so they can enter the human realm. Normaly it is the age 200 when they get this, but she got traped in a different realm for a few years so she couldnt, I'm thinking thats how she meets Koe.
Frell is Twohundred and one btw, ruffly 25. So about every ten years in their time, is a year or so in ours.
