The disgraced prince, Leonardo Elroy, or Leoroy for short, is a dragon hunter, the type that can actually turn into a dragon. He seems evil at first glance, but he knows right from wrong. He has an involuntary habit of having parts of his body turn "dragon-y" when excited. He got his moniker from being rumored as an illegitamite son of one of the dukes in Destria, though he denies any relation. He known for having a sadistic side. He tried to maintain a sense of humor, but its seen as a little too violent for most. He's not a criminal, but rumors of his ferocity are known all over the land. His eye doesn't normally look like that. He's called "The Disgraced Prince" because "The Disgraced Duke" doesn't sound as cool

Well, in a previous picture posted by @Kphai. It says that you are to ask for permission before making any royals. Because before you know it, everyone is of some kind of royal background. But, if you want. You can ask @Kohai yourself and see if it is okay.

Heyyy so royalty is limited to certain few and Ive only appointed 3/5 people so far as royalty. The other 2 will be assigned later down the line. I don mean to sound rude but if you could possibly change his bg from being royal thatd be super swell. you can make him something else thats high ranked like a duke, etc. Just royalty I have plans for and would like to keep it limited if that makes sense. Again I dont mean to be rude >^< other than that hes a swell character
