This is Rylie "Irene" Pepper, and she has social anxiety, which sucks since she's an extrovert. Because of this, she usually acts introverted. She's close friends with Phear and Melyna, and is the only person who knows about Phear's fight club who doesn't fight. Her eye-circles are partially genetic, but also come from anime-induced insomnia. She's kind of a flirt, but is single due to her anxiety (much to her dismay).
