Crowley grinned mischieviously throughout Dianne's speech. Then, completely ignoring the shopkeeper, he grabbed Maisara's pocket watch between his teeth and leapt into flight off the roof, quicky flapping over the other buildings and into the darkening sky.

Arminus was roaming aimlessly around his home, which was now being used as a safe house by his master, Sargon, and the rest of the non-human army. He didn't feel safe here anymore. Ridiculous really, considering it was his own house.
Out of boredom, the vampire wandered upstairs to the room where Sheldon and Tochi were being held, and cautiously stuck his head in.

Crowley didn't go very far, landing on another rooftop overlooking the park area, which was now deserted in the darkness. He set the watch down and smirked at it. 'Alright, come out of that thing and let's have a chat.'

Tochi saw Arminus out the corner of her eye and turned to smile politely at him. "Hello, Armim. I remember you. How're you doing?"

Finy thought he saw a dragon fly overhead, "No way" he mutters to himself, "Crowley's not /that/ stupid is he?" curiousity got the better of him and he ran to the building the dragon landed on, //How do I get up? Arminus glanced over his shoulder before slipping into the room, closing the door behind him as quietly as he could. 'You're the young girl I met on the streets yesterday night. Nice to see my efforts to protect you didn't go to waste,' he said with a hint of sarcasm.

Crowley cocked his head as he watched Maisara materialise again. 'OK, first of all, I want to know what's going on here. What's this stupid watch for? Are you magically connected to it or something?'

Mortikai heads towards the park, rolling the sleeves of his coat down as a sudden gust of wind sends a chill down his back.
"At least I'm getting something out of this."
He mumbles, watching a pair of presumed non-humans glare at him from an alleyway across the street, then escape out of view. He smirks a little.
"Hah, I'm starting to think like you."
He glances to his shoulder, expecting to find the misty form of Brink, but instead sees nothing.
"Hmph...Probably off chasing a mouse's ghost."

'Reeeeally? So I guess it must be pretty important to you.' Crowley poked the watch carelessly with his claw. 'What would happen if it got broken?'

Jed started to eat more slowly. As he didn't really need to eat, being a vampire, it felt peculiar to chew and swallow. But he enjoyed the little beef-flavoured things anyway.

"Yes," Tochi hummed, "it's a bit unfortunate that you keep me safe, and the next day your... pack? Kidnaps me. Sorry if I'm causing any trouble."

Finy screamed in frustration internally, //Bird brain probably wouldn't hear me if I called his name, here goes nothing// the spikes along his spine jetted out and tore up his shirt as he shifted, //I haven't been in this form in forever!// he wiggles his tail and rears up onto his hindlegs, pressing his forepaws against the building and just barely peeking his head over, "It is you! Bird brain!"

'Yes, you're incredibly careless,' Armin replied, dragging up a chair and sitting down facing Tochi. Sheldon was just cowering silently against the back wall. 'Can't you keep yourself out of trouble for even a day?'

Ango smiles, petting both of the dogs' heads.
"At least you're being polite."
She takes the plate of food and places it into the microwave to reheat it, then sits on the opposite counter, wiggling her legs back and forth a little.

Crowley let out an involuntary yelp as the white dragon's head suddenly appeared over the top of the building. 'What the heII?!' he exclaimed, not knowing it was Finy because he'd never seen him in dragon form before. 'Who said you could butt in, weirdo?'
He pulled the watch closer to himself to protect it.

(There's all this other random stuff going on, and then somewhere else, there's Ango feeding the dogs. XD)

Finy growled, "Oh come on, even you can't be that stupid" he tries to reach the ledge with his stubby forepaws but just lightly scratches it, "We robbed that house earlier today and sold to the guy you're robbing now, now you're calling me a weirdo?" he huffs ice cold air at him

(The following reaction happened at the precise moment when Crowley left.){Dianne frowns as Crowley flutters away.}"How rude." {However, rather than pursuing Crowley across the roof tops, Dianne calmly walks to the edge of the roof. She kneels down and picks up a dead raven. Speaking in an unknown dialect, she commands the raven to stand. All at once, the raven spings to life, flapping its wings and looking about.}"Do you see that crowdragon in the distance? Follow him, and, when the proper time presents itself, take his pocket-watch and bring it to me."{With that, the undead raven takes to the skies.}

(Blood/Kole)

Crowley stared blankly at Finy for about ten seconds before it sunk in. 'Ohhhh, you're that grumpy dude Finy!' He grinned and stepped closer to observe the big white dragon. 'You actually look pretty cool like this.'

Jed wagged his curly tail in satisfaction. //Pretty good meal, if only I had gravy. Beef and gravy, they always need to be together. The best friends of the food world.//

@Radiant
"Apparently not... but at least I was doing something selfless," Tochi pointed out. "Going out to help that kid who had been attacked. What happened to him, by the way?" Her eyes narrowed slightly, looking stern for the first time since she'd been taken.

Finy rolled his eyes, "I'm not grumpy, just paranoid" he tips his head to one side at Maisara, "Hey don't be mad at me, I didn't do anything to you"

(Draco)

Armin chewed his lip as he thought about how to answer that. 'He was probably attacked by one of the same people who kidnapped you and your friend, then left there as bait to lure you out. I can't be sure, though. I don't know everything that goes on around here.'

(Blood/Kole)

Crowley stuck his tongue out at Finy before turning to address Maisara. 'So, let me do some random guesswork here. That watch contains your soul... does that mean I could CONTROL you through it?'

{Meanwhile, Jeremiah finishes moving the filing cabinets off the cellar door. After opening it, he descends into the blackness.}"Now where's that.....Got it."{The light switches on, revealing the large cellar is an armory. The walls are lined with all manner of weapons, each designed for a different nonhuman, from crossbowsand silver bullets to holy water and extra strength tear gas.}

(Kole/Blood)

'Ha! Thought so.' Crowley gave Maisara a nasty grin as he played with the watch in his claws. 'Imagine all the things I could do with this...'

Finy looked around to see if anyone was coming, //Nope!// he wiggles his rump, beginning to flap his wings, "Coming up!" he shouts, pushing off with his hindlegs and landing ontop of the building, his weight causing the roof to crack and parts of the building to groan, but it held for now...

{Dianne descends the building and walks to the the building where Crowley and his compatriots are. watching from a dark alley, Dianne waits for either her minion to bring her the item, or for the bearer of the watch to move.}

"That's a possibility. But I just thought... you non-humans want to take back Shacklestone, so you're killing and infecting humans. But then you lure a few human into your trap, and tell them your plan? So... why would Count Sargon want to tell us about this and not just keep working in secret?"

{As Crowley wasn't holding the watch well,the Raven saw its chance. Swooping down, it snatches the watch from Crowley and descends into the street.}

(Blood/Kole)

Crowley's eyes widened momentarily as Finy climbed onto the roof, causing the entire building to creak ominously. 'Hey, watch it!' he shouted. 'You'll bring the whole thing down and we'll all DIE... well, except for me cuz I'm awesome.'
He had no idea Dianne or her raven were anywhere nearby.

Finy watched the bird swoop down and steal the watch, "Hey butterfingers, that bird stole your watch" he points his tail in the direction the bird went

(Draco)

'You know I'm not supposed to tell you this, right?' Armin said, looking tense. 'But I suppose I owe you something for letting you get kidnapped in the first place.'
He absently rubbed his right hand, the one with the missing fingers. 'The Count will need plenty of loyal minions when the time comes to carry out his final plans. I think he intends to win your trust somehow - convince you to join his side - and then he'll turn you both into vampires as soon as he feels like it.'

{In his armory, Jeremiah loads up.Puttin on a harness, he straps on vials of holy water, stakes, a few canisters of the gas, silver bullets, a gas mask to be concealed, and, of course, his 44. Quickly leaving his armory, he puts the filing cabinets back on the door, and exits his offices, locking up behind himself.}

(Blood/Aggron)

'What?' Crowley turned around and realised Finy was right; he didn't have the watch anymore. 'CRAAAAP--' He spotted the raven flying away and leapt into the air to give chase.

@Draco

The microwave beeps, and she takes out her plate and puts it on the counter, reaching across to grab some cultery. However, it seems that the noise had attracted some attention. A small child, the same one who had alerted the home caretaker earlier of Freddy's bullying, appears at the doorway, looking cautiously inwards. Upon noticing the child, she smiles.
"Hi Sammy."
They step in, eyeing the two dogs.
"It's okay, they won't hurt you."
She steps towards Sammy and kneels.
"That was a really brave thing you did earlier. Thank you."
They smile a little then hug Ango, to which she returns the favour. After a moment, they release from each other.
"Now c'mon, it's time you were in bed."
She tussles their hair lovingly, then lets them exit the kitchen.

Finy couldn't help but laugh, he watched them fly off, "Ugh, well I've got nothing better to do" he pushes off the building, causing part of it to collapse. He struggles to stay airborne for a few moments, but soon gains on Crowley. //Okay, I still got this.. sort of, ugh, why couldn't it be a foot chase?//

(wait hECK *CUTLERY XD)

{The Raven descends into the alleyway and lands on Dianne's shoulder.}"Excellent work."{The bird drops the watch into her hand and she then procedes to summon Maisara.}"Are you a complete fool?!"

(Blood/Aggron)

Crowley swoops down in pursuit of the raven and lands about twelve feet from where Dianne stood. 'Hey!' he yelled. 'Is that ugly bird yours? It stole my freakin' watch!'

Finy landed behind Crowly, clumsily, his paws slipped from under him and his chin wacked the ground, "Nailed it" he mutters, lifting his head to watch and listen to them

"Oh... gosh." Tochi blinked. "I don't know how to feel about joining this group... I think the humans and non-humans could live in peace together, but there are so many all-human towns and there should be a place where only non-humans go." She furrowed her brow, thinking deeply. "And is becoming a vampire painful at all?"

Jed lifted his head from the bowl to watch Sammy leaving. //Oh, that's the one who got Freddy away from us! That was a good thing to do.//

Oml I just noticed that x'D cultery? Ango, what are you doing?!)

{Dianne's agitation begins to show as she reaches out and grabs Maisara by the neck.}"How could you let that mangy low-life (Crowley) get the better of you? A being with your strength needs to be more careful!"{Tightening her grip on the watch, she turns to address Crowley.}"It's not yours, filthy thief. Pi.ss off."

(Draco)

Arminus rested his head on his hand. 'It's not painful... well, not very,' he said grimly. 'As for our two races living in peace... maybe it can happen, maybe not. But our Count is heII-bent on destroying every human life here in Shacklestone. They'll be no peace for your kind as long as he's around.'

(Aggron/Blood/Kole)

Crowley's expression instantly darkened. 'Ooh, you're messing with the wrong guy now,' he hissed menacingly, taking a single step forwards. 'Give me that watch before I tear your eyes out and shove them down your throat.'

Finy watched them rather uneasily, //Do I want to be apart of this?// he slowly stands up, head lowered, "Uhhh..."

Tochi sighed. "If only someone could change his mind. Then there'd be no murders, people would stop panicking, and we'd be happy. Can you change his mind? Are you on... good terms with him?"

{Dianne growls at Maisara. After hearing Crowley's threat, she quickly regains her composure. Puting the watch into her jacket, she speaks calmly to Maisara.}"I have no intention of keeping your binding item. Help me defeat this rat with wings and I will grant you your freedom." She steps behind Maisara and faces Crowley.}"You want it? Come claim it!"

*{She lets go of his throat first.}

(Draco)

Armin gave her a brief, humourless smile. 'No,' he said bluntly. 'He considers me a loyal servant, and I work hard for him, but we certainly aren't what you'd call friends. In fact--' Suddenly he broke off, looking over his shoulder towards the door, even though there was nobody there. '...I REALLY shouldn't be talking to you.'

(Blood/Kole/Aggron)

Crowley assumed a battle-ready stance, grinning evilly. 'Hey, Finy? Wanna give me a hand beating up these two losers?'

Picking her plate and cutlery (not cultery XD) up, she sits back on the counter, crossing her legs to balance the plate on them. She moves her mask upwards, just so her mouth is free from it. Two scars - one over her lips and the other nearby on her cheek - can already be clearly seen.

"I....I haven't fought anyone in ages and they're kind of scary" Finy says nervously, "Why do you put me in scary situations?"

{Dianne removes her glasses and tosses them aside.}"Stay out of this, frost dragon."{She then assumes a fighting pose.}

"You can go, if you're worried the Count won't like it," Tochi said, also glancing towards the door. //I wonder what Sheldon's thinking. He hasn't talked in a while.//

(Blood/Aggron/Kole)

Crowley looked exasperated. 'Wow, I never realised what a wimp you really are,' he commented. 'Either help or get out of my way.'
Without another word, he threw himself forwards at Dianne at an incredible speed, aiming a low claw slash towards her legs.

Jed's ears flattened in a sad way at the sight of Ango's scars and he quickly started bent his head down to finish his food.

Finy scowls, //I'm not a wimp, I just don't like hurting others// he shakes his head, raising himself up and puffing out his chest, //But I can't just leave him here// he draws in a breath and blasts Maisara with his frost breath, holding nothing back

Arminus stood up, his face almost blank. He pushed the chair he'd been sitting on aside so it looked like it had never been moved, then said softly, 'You're right.' He turned and headed towards the door, but paused just before he could open it and said even more quietly:
'For what it's worth, I never wanted any of this to happen. I wanted peace, just like you - peace between both our races. But it's happening now, and I don't think anything can stop it.'

{If she hadn't been ready, Crowley's blow would have downed Dianne. She rushes towards Crowley, and upon colliding with Crowley, she becomes a smokelike mass and moves past him. Rematerializing behind him, she lands on top of him and jams her fingers into his eyes.}

(Agrn/Kole/Bld)

'Wh--ARGH!' Crowley yelped in pain, shaking his head frantically. He swung his long tail over his back to knock Dianne off him.

Toby notices Jed's sadness at the sight of his mistress' scars, and nudges him gently, as if to say that it's okay.

(I feel sorry for Morty still sitting in the park by himself. XD)

Tochi didn't say anything in return, but she silently wished that she and Armin would be able to have the peace they wanted. If only Count Sargon thought the same way.

Finy freezes Maisara to the wall, all but his head, "I'm sorry" he apologizes, "I really don't want to fight"

{Crowley's tail hits her, causing her to remove her fingers from his eyes. She re-adjusts herself and gets Crowley in a headlock. The area of his neck in contact with her arms begins to slowly decay, as feathers begin to fall out in clumps.}

(Draco)

Once Armin had left the room, Sheldon seemed to come back to life.
'S-so this suspicious Count Sargon fellow really is trying to kill all the humans in Shacklestone?' he exclaimed. 'W-we have to get out somehow! And warn everyone!'

@King
Jed looked up again at Toby and gave him a doggy smile. //I suppose I'll get used to it. It just makes me think of the horrible thing that happened to her.//

(Aggron/Blood/Kole)

Snarling in fury, Crowley shifted back into his human form, the sudden change in his body shape forcibly releasing Dianne's grip on him. He leapt a few feet away, wincing as he became aware of the pain in his neck and eyes, and pulled a knife from somewhere under his clothes.

"I can't leave my friend to fight alone! A two on one!" Finy snaps, "Stay there as a wall popsicle and you won't get hurt!"

He perks up at his friend's smile, tail wagging. Ango pauses for a second, watching the two.
"You're getting along well, huh?"

@Radiant
"I know, but how do we get out? I'm sure they'll find us again," Tochi pointed out. "There's loads of them, all with powers, they'll track us down easily and we'll be in real trouble if we make them angry."

{Jeremiah wanders the streets, secretly armed to the teeth. He hears a commotion, and goes to investigate.}

Jed barked in agreement.

Sheldon went quiet for a moment, chewing his thumb nervously. 'I don't know what we should do... if we stay here, we'll get turned into vampires like the Arminus guy said! I CAN'T be a vampire, Tochi! I've tasted blood by accident before and it was DISGUSTING! I'd make an awful vampire.'

{Dianne flys off Crowley, and hits the ground. Picking herself up, she glares at Crowley.}"Decided to play fair, I see."

Finy felt himself changing back, //Damn it// he swung his tail around and nailed Maisara with it before he was forced back to his human form, "I feel violated" he mutters

(Agrn/Bld/Kole)

'Hey, I can shift back whenever I want to,' Crowley replied, his usual humour gone as he glared scornfully at Dianne. Out of the corner of his eye, he saw Maisara and Finy talking, but he ignored them. 'You wanted a fight, you'll get one.' He tossed his knife at Dianne, before quickly withdrawing another smaller one from his coat.

Ango finishes quickly, dropping her plate and cutlery into the sink with similar items and moving her mask back down before heading towards the exit, looking back at them.
"C'mon, the games room should be empty by now."
Toby bounds around the central counter to follow her.

Finy yelped as he was grabbed, placing his hands on Maisara's, "That's not my fault! I didn't steal your damned soul! Stupid genie!" he starts freezing Maisara the best he can

"Maybe your tastes change when you become a vampire? And you suddenly like blood? And I don't know if vampires HAVE to drink blood. Maybe they can have other drinks," Tochi suggested hopefully. "Let's not worry too much about whether we'll be vampires or not."

Arminus snuck out of the safe house and walked into the main part of the city, wanting to be away from Sargon and his minions for a while. As usual, he didn't have any destination in mind; it was nice just to walk around in the peace and quiet of the night.

(Draco)

Sheldon hunched up miserably in the corner. 'I don't WANT to think about it, but I can't help it.' There was a pause, then he suddenly said, 'Let's talk. About anything. Just... distract me, please?'

(Summary of this week's RP: Huge epic fight and casual kid's care home lifestyle)

"Ick, well if you let me go, I can help get your stupid watch back!" Finy chokes out, "I don't want to be apart of this anymore than you do!"

(King: That sounds accurate enough. At least we have variety, I guess? XD)

Jed followed close behind Toby. //Games room? What sort of games are there? Board games, or games on arcade machine things. Or... a model train. I like trains.//

(Heads up, I might have to go in about half an hour or so.)

"Then why are you releasing me?" Finy knocks Maisara's hand away, rubbing his throat

{Dianne sidesteps, but the knife still grazes her face. Looking very angry, she begins to walk towards Crowley. The air around her seems to get heavier.}

(I might be slow from this point on.)

Finy smirks, "Alright, is there anything you can do to stop her once I get it?" he darts passed Maisara, towards Dianne, throwing his hand forward and freezing her feet to the ground.

(Aggron/Blood)

Crowley tossed his other knife at Dianne. Then, as she started moving towards him, he quickly shifted back into his dragon form and leapt up into a nearby second-storey rooftop. 'Finy!' he shouted. 'I'm aborting mission and getting the heII out of here, are you coming?'

When the group reach the room, it looks much more homely than what they had seen so far. Various small couches and chairs fill the room, a space in one corner as a sort of "play area" with a large toy chest, the contents of which are near to spilling out. A tiny box TV sits in the opposite corner, two old-looking game stations placed on the floor in front of it. A pool table is in the final corner, looking like a game was halfway through being played. A central table looks to be the cleanest thing in the room. Toby immediately jumps up onto a tattered looking armchair, tail wagging.

"Okay, um, talking..." Tochi thought for a short moment, then asked, "if you could have any magical ability, what would it be?"

Jed was mildly disappointed that there wasn't a train, but he ran to the toy box and pulled out a plush toy fish. It was yellowish orange and had a ridiculus smiley face.

(I just... like toy fish. alright)

(Draco)

'You mean, if I were a non-human?' Sheldon mulled over the question, his face losing its panicked look and growing more calm and thoughtful. 'Well, it would be... fun to be able to turn invisible. Maybe.'

(I feel like I should send some evil vampires to attack Ango, Jed and Toby next RP, to create some drama. XD)

(They disappeared, like a fart in the wind...)

(I just noticed both King and Aggron have been offline for like 10 minutes. XD)

(I think we should wrap things up in a few minutes, we can continue where we left off next time.)
