Raven snapped back awake, watching the dragon bury what he had killed. The canine got a good look at him, seeing his wounds and how tired he was. She moved her legs even though it was useless. Trying to move, she grunted, smacking the side of her head on the ground. "Ela..." She whispered hoarsely, teal eyes focusing intensely on where the queen was buried.

Breath ragged from toiling over the burial, Coldfire finally allowed himself to rest. Instead of shifting back, he tucked his wings in and curled up a small distance from Giranja as if to protect her, even though her greatest threat was finally dead. Moments after resting his head on the ground, the King Tundra dragon drifted off into a light slumber.

Raven turned her gaze to meet up with Giranja, difficult considering she couldn't move her head much. "I'll tell you, then. I was running through the forest not knowing where I was when we spot her above us. Scared, I tried fighting her but was thrown down twice. But," her voice cracked and small tears welled in her eyes. "She healed me. She kept me alive, and she came back when I tried leaving. And then she snuck up on Riptide.." Her voice was shaking but she continued, ears laid back. "I didn't know what to do. I tried stopping them, and that's when I ran into you.. I didn't want to fight her," she added quietly, sobbing at this point. "I didn't truly want her dead..." Raven closed her eyes, feeling like her old self, and apologetic wimp too scared of the world to live.

She opened an eye and stared intensely at Giranja again, and when she opened her mouth to speak again she closed it, unsure of what to say anymore. Rohn watched the conversation from a distance, empathy glinting in his golden eyes. He blew a few sparks in their direction, awkwardly trying to lighten the mood.

Raven watched her go, almost wishing she would stay. She laid her head back down as if her own sorrow were pressing down on it. The bird curled up underneath her chin, pressing against her jaw to comfort her. "I want Adain," she whimpered to him, curling up the best she could around him. He poked his head out from underneath a speckled wing, and smiling softly he replied, "So do I, Raven. Sleep again now, and then we can try to find her." He pressed himself against her jaw again and fell asleep, not long followed afterwards by his friend.

(Alright!) After a long surprisingly quite night, the Sun rises over the island of Sylyore, it rises from the mountains bringing a firey beautiful color into the sky. The sun shining on the blue leaves of the large GreenOak trees caused beautiful patterns to glow on the forest floor, the fireflies his in the holes of the trees and the Rii came out to hunt for bugs. Barinx start flying around looking for something to prey on and the WhiteFinned SunFish splash in the long river in the middle of the island.

(Expect even better desc. in the book for just a simple event like sunrise x3)

The light shining on the island woke the small female pup up. ( @Spec: For Lakarix, how about it is still night time. Im just hinking it all through cuz I love details x3)

She opened her golden eyes and looked over to her friend.

The canine yawned, opening his eyes to the beautiful morning infront of him. "Time to wake up," he murmured to the pup, trying to stretch without disturbing her. The light sparkled off his eyes and he looked at a passing Rii, curious of what the new creature was. //So many new animals, so little time.//

The Rii was immediately snatched by the pup, she grabbed it in her paws and started cuddling it. "So fluffy!" She said in joy. The Rii tolerated her but was a bit stressed once it noticed the Lakarix infront of it.

Areli looked calmly at the Rii, turning his head to the side as he tried studying it, unsure of what to think. However, his thoughts were washed away as he looked at the pup, who was snuggling the mouse-like creature close. He laughed softly and nuzzled her head, wishing they could all stay happy forever.

(Have i mentioned how much developing the relationship between areli and raylin just makes me happy? X3)

The Rii looked at him with fear and confusion. Also a face that said "Help Me" because Raylin was snuggling a bit too hard now. It squeaked and managed to scurry out of her arms. Then it ran off, stopping for a moment to grab and eat a bug with it's tail.

After all, your parents must be worried, if they are still here." Sorrow shadowed his face but he knew it was right to return her to her home eventually.

Raven twitched slightly as she woke up; feeling the pressure of the bird she tried not to move her chin and wake him up. She heard Giranja wake up and wondered what would happen today. //Nothing for you since you can't move,// her mind challenged.

Meanwhile at the edge of Sylyore, Larinae stares at the wide open seas that could consume him in seconds. He remembers his good life till he was finally ranked as omega. He hated his own mother because of this. The sickness overthrew him and changed him in bad ways. He was blinded in some sorts, he lost his strength in his poison, he became more stressed and he had frequent heart attacks. The desease was still killing him, he is lucky to be alive but he thinks the opposite. //My life is a curse that I burden forever, I never will have peace.// he thought in worry and terror. The male Lakarix close his eyes, drenched in tears. He wanted to jump but didn't know how. He literally was battling his own twisted mind.

She looked up at the shifter, eyes glittering in the morning light. "Immobile and sad, honestly. You?" Raven smiled slightly, almost glad that someone still cared for her. //Even if she barely knows you.//
Rohn lifted his head sleepily, still wondering why he was in Sylyore. Seeing Raven and Giranja, he put his head back down. Raven, however, noticed this.
"I see you over there, sir," she called.

She looked down in disappointment. "Y-you wouldnt understand where I live if I shower and explained it to you... My father is always too busy to do much for me. This whole island is kind of my home." She explained the best she could. Tears streamed a bit down her furry cheek when he mentioned parents. She only had one and saw her mother get killed.

Magnis sat down on one of the moss beds and gestured Oceanicor to do the same. "So this is the place Betas live in. May I explain to you what happened to our old Omega?" She asked, a little eager to explain the interesting story but a bit sad. Telling someone would help her though.

Aerli laid back his ears, mad at himself for upsetting her. //You idiot, you had one job!// Eyes glazed with concern he licked her head and tears, trying to get back to her joyful smile. "I am sorry that you must live this way and that I have reminded you of it," his voice cracked slightly as he added, "I understand the pain of being alone." He frowned, trying to block out unpleasant memories.

Rohn returned Giranja's gaze, shifting his skeletal wings. "Do you need something, ma'am?" The Velz dipped his head slightly, large antlers creaking.

She smiled, sniffling. "It's fine. I'm just a bit stressed ever since that idiot attacked me. Thank you for saving me, you are one of my only friends. I have a dragon friend but haven't seen him in a long while." She explained.

Larinae lifted his head and howled in sorrow. He hoped no one heard it. The depressed Lakarix looked ahead to the watery abyss again.

"Well, what else was I supposed to do? I found an innocent creature lying half dead on the ground, so I did the only sensible thing." He purred slightly as he spoke, feeling honored to have been labeled a friend so quickly. He looked calmly into her golden eyes, watching the sunglight bounce off of them. "If you don't mind me asking, what was your dragon friend like?"

Whiskers was flipping around the lair. She wasn't breaking anything, but Tami and Chy were telling her to stop. "Quit it Whiskers!" "Babe sit down already." Whiskers cart wheeled from the ceiling to the floor and landed on her two feet when she jumped. "Guys,it's alright! Mr. Stinker isn't gonna get mad because jumping around." Taki was a bit ubset. "Just sit down already! And stop calling Tilarr 'stinker' it's annoying." She smiled "He is a stinka when mad!"

"So, his name was Larinae. He wasn't happy being omega but was fine at first." Magnis paused to take a breath. "One day, we found him weazing and unable to move much then he was fine after a few moments and it happened again. Soon enough it was happening 5 times a day, every day... We didn't know what to do so we treated it like a simple sickness." She had a bit of sorrow in her eyes.

Riptide finished his carving hardly noticing that he didn't get any sleep at all. The wooden figure was swirl-shaped like the waves of the sea, he didn't know why, but for some reason he longed to be by a beach. To just hear the sound of the waves crashing down, the ocean breeze and the salty smell of the water. He picked up a blue-ish gray stone from the ground and fixed it in the center. //It might make a nice necklace// he thought.

Raven watched as Riptide finished the carving, squinting to see it better. "Riptide, did you not sleep at all?" She inquired, still amazed at the craftsmanship of they carving.

"Well, he technically raised me. He taught me how to speak, eat, hunt and much more. He was a... Do-Lonia...?" She paused, stuttering at the odd word. "Oh yeah Dolonia. And he was orange with a glowing tail. Very kind and funny too." She chuckled a bit. "But then, one day. My father's assistant found me and took me back home, he told me everything and it was hard to believe at first. Colorado, that's his name, wasn't happy about me being taken away..."

Areli listened to her explanation closely, his expressions changing with hers. "Well, you seem to be here now, running free." He flattered his ears slightly, upset he couldn't think of anything better to say.

"Not much else to say... Haven't seen him in years." She commented, looking at the Lakarix's mesmerising eyes.

"Huh?" Riptide glanced up from his work, not realizing that the sun was already up very high."I guess not." He was confused on how he even ignored the day-light changing.

She nodded. "If you left me there, I would have certainly died. Again, thank you so much." She gave him a hug by resting her head on his body again. Larinae howled again, Raylin's ears perked up in alertness and caution. "W-who what that?..." She said nervously.

"Soon it got so bad... He died." She said quite quickly as she talked about her last pup.

The Zeraxi SHIFTED IN HER (OOPS CAPS LOCK SOMEHOW)

The Zeraxi shifted in her position, still unable to stand no matter how hard she tried. "Quite an impressive skill to stay awake like that for so long," she commented, smirking slightly. The bird shifted as well, still in a deep sleep.

"I don't know," the Lakarix almost growled, but didn't want to disturb her. He slowly got up, trying to pinpoint the sound. Annoyed, he slowly swung his tail back amd forth.

Raylin saw the tracks of her attacker leading to the noise. "Um I think something is also being attacked by sir eats a lot." She slightly teased. "We should save them." She stated to Areli.

"Death... He died... That's it..." We burried his body and left him to "rest in peace". She explained in more noticeable sorrow. Magnis sighed in grief.

"Oh, I didn't mean to-" He stopped for momen."I'll take a nap later, I feel a little tired." He moved, wincing only a bit . "I'll be fine don't worry." He noticed right then and there that Arrow had went somewhere like he disappeared into his realm again.

Areli nodded, and he took a step forward before stopping, trying to see how he could possibly carry her. (I forget how Lakarix work just.. Just work with me here xD) Carefully, he lifted her onto his back. "Hold on as best you can and don't touch the quills," he said before heading off.

Raven nodded to both Giranja and Riptide, staring at the sky and sighing. //Left to lay here again.//
Rohn watched her go, also noticing that Arrow had gone. He got up and started walking slowly through the forest as if he could find a way back out. Seeing nothing, he came back to the clearing, looking around.

Magnis nodded. "Thank you..." She was silent. Until she fell asleep. (Now its day time for them xD)

Raylin nods, holding on best she could, avoiding his sharp quills.

Riptide walked over to Giranja, "Hey" he said awkwardly. "Um, it kind of weird, but do you happen to have any string?" He didn't show her the emblem that he had made.

Areli broke into a run, trying not to throw off the delicate wolf on his back. He closed in on the other Lakarix quickly, slowing down as he heard the violent waters. Breaking through the trees, he saw Larinae, who seemed ready to jump into the abyss below. Areli growled desperately to try and change the Lakarix's focus onto something else.

Larinae's ears perked a bit. He turned his head and eyed the previous enemy of his. "Oh grewt, mister nive coming to ruin the rest of my day..." He said sarcastically. Raylin jumped off, she could stand but couldn't run or fly. Barely could walk.

"Ummm," Riptide said pondering on which on he should pick, it took awhile but he said. "Which one is the strongest?" He wanted it to be durable enough so that it the necklace wouldn't break apart so easily.

Raven was startled by the sudden thud next to her, and when she looked at it it was Riptide's carving, tied onto a thick silvery string. The swirls mesmerized her as she looked at them, and she tried to tell him he had dropped it but he had fallen asleep. Worried something would somehow take it, the bird crept forward and dragged it closer, letting the weak Zeraxi see it even closer. The bird just stared at it, wondering how he went so long just making it.

Empathy covered Areli's face, glowing in his eyes and making him lay his ears back slightly. He tried looking the upset Lakarix in the eyes and said softly to him, "Isn't there a better way to handle this? I know you do not want me near you but I can do my best to keep you company." The canine's voice wavered as he spoke and he tried inching Larinae farther from the edge, knowing the danger he was putting himself in. The mid-morning sun shone down as if nothing bad was happening. It covered the land in a web of lies and false security.

He scowled. "There isn't a cure! I look ugly right now, it will get worse. Its the curse in my life, the omega's curse. No other Lakarix got it except me. I am doomed. I have constant heart attacks and I do not breath when I sleep. I am turning into a pile of ugly flesh that used to be a whimpy little pup, inside and out..." He continued staring down at the deep abbyse in tears.

Areli tried blocking his view of the ocean below, wanting to wipe away the Lakarixs' tears. "But you're alive now, and you can keep living," he said, still trying to look Larinae in the eyes. "If someone hates you by appearence, they are wrong to do so, especially in a land full of diverse creatures." He glanced over to Raylin, both emphasizing his words and making sure she was alright. The lying sun shone off his green feathers, blue and white dots like watchful eyes keeping innocents from harm.

"I'm going to die... Why not end it before I suffer?..." He said staring at the wide seas. //I should just jump... He doesnt really care, nor does that birdwolf...// Raylin sat there, staring in concern. Her wing was much better, just a bit sore. She was ready to save Larinae if she needed to.

"Stop this nonsense," Areli suddenly growled. He butted Larinae's head to get him to focus on the tiger-like canine, face grave. "I know you don't trust me, but I'm asking you believe me, at least. There is no good from doing this. Please, just back away.." His voice trailed as he finished, eyes wavering with emotions. The Lakarix realized his back foot was almost over the edge and he took a small step forward.

He scowled, growling. "You would do the same if you had this horrible desease!" He yelled, preparing to jump, standing up, hanging his front legs to the edge. He spread his feather arms, his breath getting faster from his nervousness. He was ready to end his life, despite his concern of dying.

Desperate, Areli rammed his body into Larinae's, knocking the sick Lakarox away from the edge. "Never!" He cried, tears welling in his eyes. Part of the edge crumbled and his foot slipped. Growling, he dug his feet into the earth, trying to pull himself up. He closed his eyes, Raylin's upset face the last thing he saw. His ears were nearly invisible, pressed hard against the back of his head. His tail swung like a pendulum of death underneath him, the motion dragging his other back foot off the cliff. Eyes still closed, he clung to the edge the best he could, trying not to think of the swirling water below.

Larinae yelped, tumbling straight into a tree. The wind knocked out of him from the shove and tree. He lay there in an awkward position, his breath slow and weazy. Raylin ran and tried to pull Areli up, she wasn't strong enough and only made the edge crumble a bit. "Please don't die, please don't die." She said in tears as she struggled to help him, the edge crumbled even more, it started to break. Soon it would send them into the oceanic abbyse.

Areli opened his eyes, eyes like the ocean beneath him. Raylin's golden gaze filled his vision and blurred with tears, her voice lacing through his head, becoming his only thought. "If I die I die with you, no matter how much we want to live," he said softly, and tried once more to get up, using all four arms as leverage. But the edge was too unstable, making it impossible. His legs dangled pathetically, abyss beneath ready to suck him in.

Raylin hugged him tightly, drenching both of their fur and feathers in tears. She lifted her head and howled, hoping her dad would hear. (The feelz are realz :'0)

(I know right?? My music is too calm for this my gosh)

Still keeping his blurred eyes on the pup hugging him, he smiled slightly despite his fear. Lifting his head he howled as well, crying out for help. It was a deep, beautiful tone, laced with a slight melody as if he was trying to calm himself down as he was on the verge of dying. The notes wavered with tears and anguish, wishing for life and not cold, watery death.

Crow was sitting on a ledge, peacefully sleeping on the mountain. His eyes shot open when he heard his daughters distress. "RAYLIN!" He yelled, jumping and unfurling his wings immediately. He shot across the sky, above the greenoak trees, the wind waking him up even more as he finally landed. "Raylin!" He ran up to her and the Lakarix. "Daddy!" She happily said, still hugging her friend. "Please help me save him! He saved my life." She said, still wet with tears. Crow nodded and flew above them. He gently lowered himself down above the Lakarix and grabbed him with his talons. He flew up and then set him down, far from the edge. The unstable cliff collapsed just as he landed. Raylin holding tightly to Areli. "Thank you..." She said yo her father, eyes closed as she held Areli close.

Tired, Areli looked at Crow. He dipped his head, wet with his and Raylin's tears. "Thank you so much," he said quietly, staring at the broken earth that had nearly taken him. Ocean eyes watering again, he hugged the pup, wishing they could be safe forever. His ears were still laid back and his heart pounding, but he forced himself to breath slower and calm down. Happy to be alive, he thumped his tail on the ground, the same tail that the wind had almost dragged into the water.

Crow nodded. "You're welcome. Thank you for saving my daughter earlier." He said in joy of his daughter being alive and safe. Raylin hugged him back. "I never caught your name." She said, "I'm Raylin." Crow smiled, seeing his daughter happy. //Hehe, probably more than just a friend.// (they are both canines. Can we ship em? XD)

Areli nodded at Crow, glancing over to Larinae. //I hope you trust me in some way,// he thought, then looked back at Raylin. "Areli," he smiled back, wondering what would happen now that Raylin was back with her father. //I don't want to lose you right after finding you,// he wanted to say, but no more words would come. He laughed softly, just enjoying the peace.

Areli stared blankly at them, trying to imagine them as people. He hadn't really seen any humans at all in his life, but he knew they had two legs and two arms. He shook his head slightly, laughing at himself for not knowing anything. "So you're going to capture me as if you're doing... What exactly?"

"Capture you so you can see the home, then I can bring you into my quarters and you can be let out of the cage. My men don't like anything that isn't human let out of a cage. I am a dragonhunter as a disguise, dragons killed my wife so I hate them." Crow explained. "You'll be safe, don't worry." Raylin said reassuringly.

The Lakarix gave them a quizzical look before nodding. "Alright," he sighed. He turned his head to Larinae. "But if you take me you take him as well. Sorry Raylin," he said, looking her in the eyes. "But I can't just leave him to die." The same painful empathy reflected off his face like sunlight on water.

She nodded. "Its fine." She didn't mind that, she forgives the desperate Lakarix. "Alright. Follow me. Me and Raylin will have to be in human form." Crow said, starting to walk towards the docks. "Oh, and make sure you and the other Lakarix act weakened by dragonroot." He added.

"And how do we do that? Though I don't think he has to act," Areli asked, tossing his head in the direction of Larinae. He stood and started to follow Raylin and Crow, wondering how they managed two forms.

Before going out into the open, both Crow and Raylin shifted forms in their own unique ways. Raylin looked a bit young but was not a teenager even though she seemed like one. Crow looked like a strong skinny british leader with armor and everything. "Now act captured, we will be carrying you both." Whispered Crow, he picked Areli up and Raylin picked Larinae up.

Confused, the canine did his best at acting as of he were captured. He wasn't quite sure what he was doing, however, so he struggled slightly in Crow's arms. It was all too weird. //I fell and died, didn't I? This is why everything's so off.//

They carried them onto a floating ship. Men nodded in respect to BloodBack and Raylin. The boat started floating down towards the dragon hunter island. It went into the water, waves splashing on the boat as it finally boarded.

Areli looked around, eyes wide and confused. He thrashed a little more, not just pretending but scared of what was going on. His ears were laid back against his head as he stared warily around the ship.

BloodBack whispered in his ears, "Alright, cage time. Your safe don't worry." He said, trying to reassure the obviously scared Lakarix. BloodBack set him into the cold metal cage and Raylin put Larinae in with him. They closed the cage and BloodBack hauled it off the boat and started pulling it towards his quarters. He went through the fortress gates and followed a stone pack to his large wooden room.

Ok so i kinda based her just the slightest bit off Riptide (sorry lol)
So basically about the height of an 18-year-old, just normal pale human skin, long black hair, and teal eyes. She mainly wears a gray shirt, dark jeans, and old boots (i always imagine old boots as twilight princess link? Lol). She also has a long, dark blue cloak and a brown belt (also like twilight princess link)
And then she has Riptide's neckalce he "accidentally " gave her. I'm pretty sure that's it I'm too lazy to reopen the word document.
Basically she's just a Riptide and Link mashup XD)

This started as a vent but just kinda turned into a random story… Oops.

Sunlight filtered into the room through a dusty window, the golden light illuminating the particles on the air. The wolf stirred finally, thumping a silver white-tipped tail on the floor of the large cage. He opened a pair of intense green eyes, golden muzzle pressed against the cold metal bars. “The heck?” He growled, ears forward. The cage was almost large enough to stand in, but a bandaged paw proved it too hard to. His back right leg was covered in bloody cloth, though it seemed that the wound had finally closed. A few scratches lined his muzzle though he could not see them, but what he did see slightly was a dark brown collar, almost blending into the color of his pelt. The room, besides the cage, contained a large paper-covered desk and an old wooden chair that had small carvings of wolves and dragons embedded into it. What is this place? He thought, confused. The large wolf backed up slightly as a girl entered the room. She wore a long, dark blue cloak, dark jeans, and a gray shirt. Her long, black hair flowed around her neck as she walked quickly into the room, locking the door from behind her. Setting a small crossbow on the table she crouched down by the cage and looked carefully at the wolf with calm, almost teal eyes.
“How are you feeling now?” Her voice rang like sweet bells as she softly asked the wolf, glancing at the bandaged leg. The wolf only growled in reply, knowing that humans couldn't understand anything he said. She shook her head, smiling. “Come on. I know you can speak; I know your language.”
He sat there for a moment, remembering that he didn't really understand many human words, and was confused on how he could determine every word she spoke. With an untrusting glare he answered, “Why am I here? What are you going to do to me?”
“Nothing. I brought you here because I found you unconscious, half dead on the ground. I know how it feels to be dying,” she added, face turning grave. “And I know that there wasn't a Velz around to assist you.”
“Velz?” The wolf turned his head. Are you sure you saved me? I think I actually died, ma'am.
The girl stopped for a second, and wondering how to explain. She shook her head, not wanting to go into too much detail. “A race of dragons that take spiritual forms and accompany dying animals.”
“Have you encountered one before?” He questioned, thinking back to when she had mentioned her own near-death experience. When she stared at him in reply, he shoved his ears forward and pressed on. “Well?”
“Fine. I may have encountered one before. But that was a long time ago,” she answered, standing up and shuffling through some of the papers. Reaching into a pouch on her belt she pulled out a small medallion, tossing it next to the cage with a loud clank. It had marks along the edge like a clock, with a bronze color in the center that faded from gold to silver around the outside. “That's a recreation of its medallion. The Velz all have one, just a large metal circle that holds all their magic. But this one won't be engulfing things in ghostly white fire anytime soon.” She muttered something to herself, pulling out a necklace from her shirt, letting it hang loose around her neck. Picking up a ring of keys she bent down by the cage again, painfully testing which key was right. “Why didn't I label this stupid things?” She said to herself. The necklace was strung with a thick silvery string, and the pendant was a smooth carving of an ocean wave. Embedded in the swirls was a small blue-gray stone, smooth and shiny. The lock unhinged, padlock falling to the ground next to the medallion. She set the lock on the desk and put the medallion back into her pouch, pulling open the door of the cage with a loud creeeeeak.

A small gray carpet lay in the center and he sat down on it, looking back at the cage with his dark green eyes.
“Well,” the human began, “what shall we do with you now? I could return you to where you were, but that is a very far away place to be.” She looked out the window for a second. Outside was a bit of ground before there was the ocean, red sunset ready to diminish in the salty waters. There were few trees around the building, instead just more of the old coastal town. The girl put two fingers to her temples, wondering what to do. After a long while of consideration, she looked back at the wolf. “I could bring you to the town of Raines. There, it is better run by animals. This place is almost entirely people. Though, you may need a while to heal, as we would have to walk the whole way there…” Her voice trailed and she fingered the necklace. “Are you strong enough to at least walk around the facility a bit?” The wolf nodded, standing up. Immediately he showed that he was lying, wincing as he placed the injured paw down. “Yeah. You totally are. One second,” she said quickly, opening the door and walking out of the room.

The Lakarix sighed. "My thoughts exactly as I look at all the creatures here. Just a common animal from my realm," he said, looking at the wall. His eyes scanned everything around him, looking at anything interesting.

Crow nodded. "Are rabbits small? Rodent? Rii are that." He offered.

"Then I'll take that," Areli said, smiling at the thought of eating again.

(In two mins I'm gonna check on him again.)

Crow nodded and opened the door, shifting to his human form. "I'll be right back- Do not leave." He said in seriousness before leaving the room.

"Like I would," Areli responded, but by the time he finished his sentence the door had already closed. He looked over at Raylin and Larinae. "So what shall we do while we wait?" The Lakarix yawned and stretched, feathers on his arms quivering.

Raylin and Larinae shrugged. "I don't know. Talk about our lives?" Raylin asked. Larinae was dozing off, barely aware of what was going on.

Areli looked at Raylin as she spoke, thinking of what to say. "Well," he began, "I lived outside the main town of my realm, back in the hills. There were forests, but there weren't massive trees like there are here." He tilted his head, wondering how long the trees had to have been there to get so big.

He shook his head, trying to clear the fuzzy feeling.

"Brought some extra just in case." He said, setting them on the counter and grabbing plates. He set the plates on the ground and put a rii carcass and a barinx leg on each of the four plates. "Bonapetete." He said in a fake french accent, clashing with his natural English accent. He shifted to wolf form and chowed down, lightly chewing on bits of the cooked meat. Raylin did the same, wagging her tail. She licked her lips and looked to Areli. "Try so e Areli! Its amazing when cooked." She said before immediately wolfing down some more. Larinae just sat there asleep, not breathing as usual.

The Lakarix looked closely at the food for a second, happily thumping his tail on the ground before he dove into his food. He smiled, grateful to finally have something to satisfy him. When he finished he closed his ocean eyes, feeling safe and warm again. His ears were standing calmly, listening to everyting around him.

(So which do you think will be better? Areli being adopted and becoming her brother OR ship between Rayray and Areli?)

Raylin smiled after finishing her plate. Crow had still being slow and polite when eating, even as his birdwolf form. He was very noticeably british, through behavior and accent. Raylin had a slight accent too but less noticeable because Colorado had raised her most of her life. "Good isn't it? I can teach you how to cook, just need to be careful to not light your fur on fire." She chuckled a bit. Larinae finally woke up, he saw the food infront of him and saw the others almost finished. "Um... Sir?" He said to Crow who nodded for him to continue. "I cant eat this... My desease makes it so this food will kill me. I have to eat Whale, B-" he paused realising what he was saying, "W-whale." He finished nervously. //Whale, Dolonia and Birdwolf...// he thought to himself.

Areli laughed as well, thinking to himself about what he wanted to do. //I do want to get back home, but... I'm happy here.// "Sure, why not?" He answered, trying to keep smiling as he kept thinking of the place he belonged. //They'll be confused without me... But they'd be confused otherwise saying I already left.//

Crow turned his head. "Hm. What a peculiar disease." //what did he not say...?// "Well I beleive we could catch one whale. You have been starving haven't you?" Larinae nodded, whimpering a bit. Crow sat, not eating. Thinking about how he could catch a whale. "I could take my men whaling for a bit but it may take a while..." "Anything. I dont care how long it will take if your willing." Larinae said, desperateness in his eyes. Crow nodded. "I think I can convince my men to take you guys with not in a cage." He turned to Raylin. "What do you think?" Then to Areli, "Want to go 'fishing'?"

Areli nodded excitedly. "You had me at not in a cage," he barked, smiling. He stood up and stretched again, already walking slowly towards the door. //Just stay here,// a voice in the back of his head said.

BloodBack chuckled. "Then its settled. We shall go whaling for our good friend, Larinae." He said happily. Larinae cracked a small smile, something he hasn't done in a while ever since he was stuck with this disease. "Thanks." He said, not showing how joyful he was as much. Raylin wagged her tail. "That will be fun! And daddy?" Crow turned his head. "I have an idea of how I can get them cage-less. I can say, they are my pets and guilt trip them." She said smiling. "Crow chuckled. "Haha good idea."

Upon hearing the word "pets," Areli turned over to Raylin, lowering the front section of his body like a dog and wagging his tail, ears perked up playfully. "Is this believable?" He laughed.

Raylin chuckled. "Haha adorable Areli." She said smiling and shaking her head in amusement. //Classic Areli...// "I believe that will work Areli." Crow said, also laughing a bit. Larinae stuck out his tongue, turned his head and barked. "I agree with Areli's idea. Its a good thing to do to make it more convincing. Us Lakarix look quite menacing unless we look adorable." He looked at himself and frowned. "However Im probably less adorable so I'll leave it up to you mostly Areli." He said in slight disappointment.

( @Day: I'm homeschooled but I go to an organization called K.E.Y.S. with various classes that you can sign up for, kind of like they do in college. Class days take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and the rest of the week you do homework at home.)

(I've always found writing stories intimidating on Word documents, which is why I prefer roleplaying.)

( @Fade yeah sometimes it is kinda weird without responses and stuff, but i like being able to write without anything i dont want happening going on (though that doesnt happen much in roleplays). Even though it's not as interactive as roleplaying, i can do it on my own accord.
Plus I can use fonts and italics. I like choosing really light fonts, especially when I'm tired.)
