Nanite planet invader "The Bridge" by irontrident00

This nanite construct is meant to mine resources from planets. And it can also be used to deploy units on a world through a wormhole. Once "the bridge" touches the planet's surface. It lets the stowed formless and formed nanites to get a foot hold. Once the units are dropped. The bridge goes back and gets to work on mining again. Whilst building an invasion when needed. This thing takes down worlds by simply dropping millions of units on it. #3d #Stars #Wormhole #Nanites #MvM #MaverickvsMarvous

This planet miner becomes a serious problem later on in the series. Maverick even sees it invading a allied homeworld that was also hosting a project to eradicate the nanites once and for all. But sadly the project was delayed. The aliens that helped with the nanite subspace killcode, have been delayed because of serious losses of key scientists that helped and improved the subspace. The project was 60percent completed until "The Bridge" showed up and left a huge army to beat. But the mass of the nanite swarm could not be countered(In time)without any extra help from their allies. So now the planet has been taken by the Nanites.

(I've been binging on Stellaris: Utopia for quite a while. It's a fun RTS. So many new things added too.)

Re: Sorry about that! Online is much more convenient when I'm out and about so I prefer it. :p

Thank you! But no, it's actually not my highest. However, judging from how quickly it reached the pow star, it may become my most-liked by the end of the week. We'll see!
