Ok. Here we go.
Name: Rohn (pronounced "Roan," or Rome but with an N)
Gender: Male
Species: Basically dragon, but I may make this an actual species called Velz. (The name doesn't mean anything,,, I think. I had a list of random letters lol)
Velz, now that I think about it, are somewhat similar to @Alkaline's Elvira (I think that's the name). They most commonly appear as vague misty shapes with glowing eyes and medallions in what are called the "dying dreams"- basically as an animal is close to death. Some will assist the dying animals while others taunt them, and they have the ability to exist in multiple realms at once. Velz are massive creatures and rarely do not have wings. Velz with wings can have membranes, but it is not as common as the skeletal wings seen here. While they do not have claws on their front legs the hooves are still very sharp, yet they possess dull teeth (the large antlers make up for that as well). The tail with fur on it has the power to heal, while it can easily injure with the spikes on the second. Velz are extremely solitary and rare.

Rohn resides in the ruins of Laybourn, a long forgotten stony structure that hides in the forest behind the mountain that protects the city of Raines. (I am making a map of the realm of my characters and am still creating a name for the realm. Any help with names is greatly appreciated!) While he does not match well with his surroundings he does blend in with the mirage of a dying dream.
In FaF he is the one who tells Raven ( #sterlingravenzeraxi) that it is her fate to die falling and appears after (spoilers) Elanceria Shousin's death to overall just freak Raven out even more.
Typically, Rohn is very quiet and cunning. Basically, he does not enjoy company.
The medallion he has possesses the power of white fire, which is just a blinding light that only affects more dream-like realms.

I like that you unlike Elvira (which are inherently good) they seem to be like pixies from mythology? (If you read folklore you'll know what I mean xD )
