Well clearly not all whit people were like that or the Civil War wouldint of happend. and its in the past why cry about it? Also Native Americans were treated worse in my opinion. Ever hear about the trail of tears? its the long waggon ride simmaler to the train ride to concentration camps. The native americans were slaughterd and the survivers were placed in the deserts of new mexico and nivada. Blacks had it hard back then but atleast they wernt slaughterd. They had places to live. if they were treated bad the s-lave owners were fined. some s-lave owners were nice and paid the s-laves and gave them rights such as free time to go to town. some were crule and evil. But there were good and bad s-lave owners. now im not saying i agree with s-lavery all im saying is it could of been worse.
