So when Xavier & Sephtis were younger, they were friends. Sephtis was a lot more carefree before the incident that killed Xavier's parents & Sephtis's parents too. They became orphans at ages 9 & 12. After they separated, Sephtis contracted a disease ,due to the incident,that's slowly killing him & to much strain causes his illness to progress faster. Funny b/c Xavier is a medic & can be able to help him but they're on opposite sides & they haven't seen eachother in ten years.
