Uno is a very happy, fun loving guy, even if he's often mistaken for a girl with his tunic and long hair. He's given the nickname Uno because his parents said he would do great things like a chosen one. He prefers to be called Uno because of it. Because his element if Oxygen, he can bond with almost anyone's element like Hydrogen to make water. By himself, he can only control the wind itself.

When he uses powers, the blues on his checks light up. The feathers he keeps on his belt is something his parents gave to him before he left home. They believed that feathers bring good luck. In his pouch, he carries medicinal herbs and bandages since as a kid, he always got hurt.
