The babies swallowed the diamond wedding rings Ren's parents owned that he had found and kept, so Left-Ren is trying to perform the "heimlich manuver" on them with his fingers as Right-Ren is trying to figure out who to call.
Needless to say, there will most likely be an ambulence later on.
My baby sister had a similar situation before where she was choking on my sister's earing, but I forgot how they fixed it, so I had to do some research on this.

You'd think knowing that you're in a nightmare would make it less scary, but it really doesn't.
You then feel your real fear(not your dreamy one) and something that makes it terrifying is that no matter how many times you scream "WAKE UP" You can't. Ugh why do I always have to realize it every time I have a nightmareeee.

The Puppet / Marionette was in my dream. He kinda cornered me in the kitchen, but he didn't show himself...???
Idk, he kept appearing in random spots. When he poked his head out from under a cardboard box, I literally hit him on the head by instinct. xD I kinda ran out, and kept screaming "WAKE ME UP" I thought I heard my sis saying 'what?' so I kept yelling it, but I woke up on my own. :v
What made him terrifying was that he had 3 glowing circle red eyes. Every time he showed himself, one stopped glowing. It was like a countdown. He was speaking in some ...robot voice and it wasn't even English. :v

Maybe once Abigail and Bendy get used to each other, Abigail can have a nightmare, and the viewers can panic about wt.f just happened. >:)
And probably a fangirlin' part is that Bendy can comfort her >w<
